Como continue to push the envelope in Italian football while in this case of the season, Italian teams have also turned their attention to Pedri's teammate, Eric Garcia. This most recent endeavor demonstrates that Como’s interest is not entirely in sidelined from Serie trail though for one season but to forge an enduring organization that blends veteran brains with burgeoning competition.

Como, Barcelona for Eric Garcia open negotiations, Calciomercato reports a first €10 million offer has been tabled. Not only club manager Cesc Fabregas has gone in person to explain Como’s project to the player in an attempt to convince the young Spaniard to move to Italy.
https://www.calciomercato.com/news/como-offerta-per-eric-garcia-del-barcellona-79600

Garcia has fallen out of favour this season under new Barcelona manager Hansi Flick, making just 24 appearances in La Liga and the Champions League. That bit-part at Camp Nou — has left the door ajar for Como’s ambitious approach.

Assane Diao from Real Betis last week, not the only Spanish player Como have set their sights on either.

I just saw a news that Chelsea have agreed a deal sign 18-year-old Mamadou Sarr from Strasbourg but that the teenager will remain at his current club till the end of the season. I think Chelsea have signed too many players in recent times to still be signing a young defender like Sarr. They recently recalled Trevor Chalobah and also have few other top center backs including Colwill, Tosin Adarabioyo Wesley Fofana and others. These are all young players who I think have the ability to help Chelsea conquer the world. What could be the club management's reason of going for another defender again? Let me read your thoughts about this move by Chelsea
Sarr came from Chelsea's sister's club, Strasbourg, and don't take this as a serious transfer. He's just moving to the main club to get more competition.

This is the same as Savinho, who came from Girona, the second team owned by City football group to the City as main club.

As for Sarr, he made lots of progress on French league, and he deserves to play in a competitive competition. This pushes him to work harder, then give positive impact to his selling price.

Some players must be released who do not fit Amorim's criteria so that they can recruit other players who are needed because if they retain players who do not have the same playing vision then Manchester United's performance will not develop. The midfield and attack may need to look for other players because those available do not show a match with the style of play applied by Amorim. The target that Amorim must do is finish above the top 10 of the standings and that is a slightly more difficult job if not supported by players who have good abilities.
There are too many players that Amorim needs to get rid of, but if we start from there then the back line is an important note especially the goalkeeper and defenders who have been too easy to penetrate. Several comebacks made by the opponent make Manchester United's defense need to be considered. Andre Onana is not the right goalkeeper, to be honest he is a failed purchase. Therefore Amorim besides focusing on selling Rashford, Onana needs to be included in the sales list.

The management of Chelsea under the current owner of Chelsea football club Todd Boehly is both into entertainment and another level of business with Chelsea, which is basically into buying of young players and grooming them to sell when their values must have have increased thereby targeting to make huge profits from selling these players at their pick time. Now Chelsea is filled with number of young players.
Chelsea are back in the winter transfer market after they surprised us last summer, I don't know what the goals and ambitions of the owners of the club at the moment, because seem to be not afraid to continue to buy young players and what is even crazier is that they are not afraid to pay a high price, currently Chelsea have a very fat squad and I think they have to be able to manage it well if they don't want to experience the same situation with Barcelona later, especially since the majority of their players are paid very high salaries but do not get more playing time, because of the number of players available in their squad and doesn't that only reduce their market value later?

The problem is that Amorim applies a different style and system from the previous coaches who handled Manchester United, we can see that the 3-4-2-1 format still does not match the available players. We can also see that Amorim is trying to dismantle and replace his defenders and midfielders, which means that the concept he initiated has not found a meeting point that is in accordance with the program he is carrying. That is why, there will be several players who will be released in the hot transfer window later. especially the defense line, several midfielders and maybe also the center forward. It's just that for now maybe Amorim will try the available players, and in the summer he will review his players and maybe dismantle the existing squad. Several names have been included in the release list, although I don't really follow the developments. What is certain is that if Amorim still uses the concept he initiated, don't expect too much drastic performance improvement this season.

Garnacho is really the most important transfer Napoli could do, it would be perfect addition to them. I mean I am not expecting 70 million for this, something closer to 50 million would be fine, and considering Napoli already made more thanks to selling a player to PSG, we could see them actually not lose much talent, probably none, and still have 20-30 million more in cash thanks to this. That's actually a great way of moving forward and we could see them win the title if Garnacho fits them greatly. Sure they do have a player there, they are playing David Neres, but it is still not that great, having Garnacho there could be a lot better.

Plus, I do not remember the last time United raised a player from youth squad all the way to main team and sell and make a profit, that could be first in a long long time.

The situation for Manchester United is getting worse as Alejandro Garnacho is likely to move to Chelsea
Garnacho's agent was at Stamford Bridge last night to watch Chelsea play
Garnacho's future at Man United is in doubt and it seems that the player has no choice but to leave the club due to the presence of  amorim on the bench as the new manager because the coach does not believe in him.

Sources close to United had reported that the club's directors are ready to consider offers received to sell the Argentine star and have no problem with him leaving in the winter transfer window in January of the new year, and talks were held with Napoli in this regard, but without results.

many people believe that garnacho's talent is being overlooked in this team that he is one of the team's very good players and that his transfer may save his professional future.

Man United's asking price for garnacho is around € 58 m but chelsea are willing to pay a lower fee and negotiations are ongoing to reach a final agreement. This amount seems too low for this talented and brilliant player, and Ratcliffe is also selling his young talents instead of releasing players who are not effective for the team and are getting older, which will make the team's situation worse.

Kai Havertz is not a reliable striker, even he is bad in controlling the ball and as an executor. Kai Havertz needs to be replaced and with Arsenal interest in Gyokeres the only right answer is to get rid of Havertz. Every season Arsenal will always find problems when they are close to trophies, and this season Arsenal will likely be pulled down by Nottongham Forest in the runner up position.
Arsenal do need a more productive striker to highlight their attack and Victor Gyokeres is more productive when compared to Kai Havertz but we also don't know Gyokeres' performance in the EPL because the competition in the EPL is tighter than the Portuguese League, we can see a real example, namely Mbappe, we know he is a potential striker when he was at PSG but when he moved to Madrid everything changed he had difficulty competing in a more competitive League but yes I understand maybe it takes time I think Gyokeres also deserves to be given trust in the EPL.

West Ham United offered 30 million Euro for Barış Alper Yılmaz, which Galatasaray rejected. I can't imagine that this offer came in and was rejected. Even if an offer half that amount came in, they would have accepted it in a heartbeat. In addition, 20% of the transfer fee will go to Keçiörengücü. There was such a clause in the deal when Galatasaray bought him.
Do you think Barış Alper Yılmaz is worth these prices? What do you think? If you remember, many fans cursed him for the goals he missed in the last match. He had missed 3 clear goal scoring chances from empty positions.

Khusanov Abdulkodir of RC Lens have been welcomed to Manchester City after a successful transfer was reached with a contract agreement which lasts until 2029. This news have been made official across several quarters and when the 20 year old defender was asked about this new development, he showed his gratitude to have gotten the opportunity to play under the Manchester City top team, appreciating the rare opportunity of being trained under the tutelage of one of the world-class manager like Pep Guardiola.

I think it was a fair deal for both the club and player to have secured a $40 million + deal with Manchester City under the age of 20 and to become the first Uzbeki player to land a Premier League deal and play in the Manchester City. He's the first to be signed by the City this year on the January window and will be playing Jersey No. 45 as a defender.
Who's actually this guy? Huh

Unknown player who only score one goal against PSG, just because of that Manchester City choose to sign him. The bad thing is he's center back, while Manchester City has so many center back players.

40 Million Euros is too much, but Lens know Manchester City is rich and really want this player.

Rumors that Neymar will leave his current club Al Hilal and move to another club have been going on for quite some time, but there was no definite information about which club Neymar will go to next, but now it is very certain. Many thought that Neymar could play with Messi again, but that idea is wrong. Neymar will go back to where he started his football career ie Santos FC will be the next destination. Neymar could have done well for any club if he hadn't had so many injury problems. His injury problems started since he moved to PSG and his injury problems were never short-term but long-term. He got injured after joining Al Hilal and is still injured. Let's hope that he is injury free after his move to Santos FC and that he can perform well.
First I heard Neymar will back to Santos, then after few months I heard he will join to Inter Miami and now you said there's a new rumor he will back to Santos, what a joke with the medias these days.

I think that he is right to return to the club where he was born and raised in football, I also believe that it is the only way to become interesting again in the eyes of his national team and I believe that it is important for all Brazilians who play football, that is his own national team and playing in the last World Cup for him could be his only reason for living, so I fully support this boy and may he have all the luck in the world

Amorim must be brave in making decisions to release players who do not contribute to the team or are mediocre and do not meet the standards to fill his squad in order to build a stronger foundation to bring the club back to winning ways. Building the ideal team requires patience, but with the right steps, Man United revival is not impossible.
The front line needs to be refreshed, reportedly Man United will release Antony to Real Betis on loan because he often stops United attacks due to slow and unintelligent decisions. Maybe some other players who will be released are Mason Mount, Diogo Dalot, Casemiro and Rashford.
Manchester United becomes elite when they solved their problems encountered this season. They've been some random up and down momentum at Old Trafford and this ought not to continue because it's bringing absolutely zero odds for the Red Devils to climb higher on the English Premier League table. Manchester United headcoach, Ruben Amorim is only obliged to do what is right and necessary for the developing sector for Manchester United. He's making more comprehensive plans to enable his team beats oppositions with ease efforts. This is January transfer window, he will make his selective list where some players will be screened out while some will stayed fit for matches, these current ones will served as key players under his project for the club.

Manchester United frontline will have some proper change and this is good for the team. Anthony and Rashford leaving,? Oh it will pleased most of Manchester United fans because they're tired of complaining about the poor stats of the club when it comes to banging goals both against average and elite teams. Perhaps Amorim have final ground to make because his priority is winning.

Santos is trying to find a bright spot with Al Hilal to loan Neymar, negotiations are ongoing and in my opinion this is one way for Neymar to rediscover his performance after several seasons we have not seen him play optimally and Neymar also did not make a maximum contribution to Al Hilal, on the one hand this is very sad for Neymar's career, a player who has skills and is also a talented player from Brazil lost his performance so quickly, a player who once competed to be the best player was forgotten so quickly and if you look at it basically Neymar has left the world of football after his move to Al Hilal, on the other hand this is good news because he will return to the club that has raised his talent and also Neymar's return to Santos can bring Santos to a better realm because last season they were relegated from the Brazilian premier league.
In my opinion, Neymar's career in professional football will not be long considering the injuries he has suffered and also this player is quite easily injured and in my opinion he will retire because the team that bought him also does not want to pay his salary but the player is not seen on the field, hopefully Neymar can fully recover from his injury and can show again that he is not finished in the world of football, and in my opinion he will be closer to Santos on loan from Al Hilal.

Mason Mount had been a liability since he left Chelsea for Manchester United. Ruben Amorim shouldn't hasitate to let him leave for a another club. Marcus Rashford has experienced some difficulty in leaving Old Trafford due to his high salary. Many clubs will not be willing to pay him what he wants in United at his current level. If he is willing to reduce his wage bill, there will be few clubs who will get him immediately.

The manager should also have plans to replace these players because there have been no major signing this January (the financial fair play rule might be the cause). This is the worst Manchester United team I have seen in a long time. Andre Onana's error has overshadowed the game but what was the host doing when they conceded two goals. The Red Devils failed to respond until they were able to score via a penalty. Ruben's time in the club is gradually becoming disappointing.

But the most important thing that Man United must do is release some of its players to increase its finances because according to reports Man United also does not have much money to spend and the price of players on the market is currently very expensive and Man United must do something for income and release the players that Amorin wants but if not then Man United this season will not be able to reach the top 10 of the Premier League standings.

Do you think Chelsea will be the same as Dortmund from the Bundesliga who seem to use football for profit, I actually think the steps taken by Chelsea are to rotate players and have squad with better regeneration in the future because young players will develop and have experience there so that when they are ready they can play well without having to adapt.
Bringing in several young players is not the first time because previously they always targeted and were more interested in young players, maybe because the price can still be relatively low and there is big plan for the long term, we just think positively considering that now they have managed to find point of improving conditions on the right path.

I agree that Manchester United needs to make some changes to their team. They should let go of players who do not fit with what Ruben Amorin wants. This will allow them to bring in new players who share his ideas about how to play. Midfield and attack need some new players because ones they have now do not seem to be working well with Amorin style. To reach Amorin goal of finishing in top 10 Manchester United needs players with right skills. By signing new players and getting rid of ones who are not doing well team can improve and do better.

To be honest I don't see this has our top priority, we need some experience and stable defenders to guide these youngsters but still yet while some has potential some are just too disappointing that we have to give up on them like Disasi and Badiashile. I think the pressure is weighing on them they need to go try themselves in smaller teams, Chelsea can't compete with these defenders we need experienced also, if we want to compete with global teams like before.
