I saw some videos that suggest he will play a 3-2-5 formation too. I believe most modern managers approach the game with a flexible mindset nowadays, using different formations depending on the phase of the game. Even the bottom half team in the Premier League does the same thing more or less. But yeah, I think at least 1 season with a reasonable target should be the criteria to judge him. There's no way you expect him to win trophies with a squad that was inherited from a sacked manager in 1 season or less.
