Leicester City management's decision to appoint Van Nistelrooy as head manager shows their seriousness in building a team to continue to survive in the EPL, while on the other hand, the agreement actually helps boost Van Nistelrooy popularity as a coach. Leicester City is trying to build its strength to maintain its chances of existing in the EPL, the cooperation that has just been established will benefit both parties. Although Leicester City is not a team in the same class as Newcastle or West Ham, this decision was the beginning of his career journey.

I am not sure yet how good this decision can be for Van Nistelrooy because Leicester are in very bad form and it can be very difficult to improve the game in such a team and in the end it can be a bad decision because it will make people doubt his skills as a coach. The choice of Leicester is understandable, they need a new coach and Van Nistelrooy is currently in the status of a free coach, but maybe he should not have rushed with this decision and waited for more acceptable offers from other teams.

I think he must have done something like this because he wanted to manage a team in the Premier League, otherwise trying to manage a team in the relegation zone is one of the riskiest choices. Van Nistelrooy must believe in the team. His experience could be the solution for Leicester.

This adventure could be a good start for Van Nistelrooy. Leicester are in a difficult situation and are at the bottom of the table. It will be difficult to get them up from this table. The Dutch manager knows that if he can do this, better teams in the Premier League will want to bring him to the team. So I think he has to find the right equipment for Leicester.

Yeah it should be, though he has no good qualities same way with Manchester United to project whatever tactics he wants to implement,  January transfer window around the corner and all I wish is for them to support and fund him with two to three players,  he has what is takes to leave the the dead and relegation zones. He did pretty well for Psv and I'm sure the pressure with Leicester is not too much for him. I want to see him succeed.

I disagree. It is not degrading on Ruud’s career to accept a managerial position at Leicester City. It’s true he’s is not going to have an easy job at Leicester City, they are struggling in the EPL and are just two points off the relegation zone. With what we have seen him do so far at a short time as an interim manager at Manchester United, it will be a even bigger boost to his career if he can avoid relegation and make something of Leicester City in the Premier League.

Of course, as a coach that has the dreams and desire to coach a bigger club, he will make proper use of this opportunity and put his best to see how  he can improve Leicester City performance so that they will not go back to relegation, and that was why he was hired. Van Nistelrooy has some experience in this field, so it's high time he use this experience to get what he needs. It might be a big challenge for him in the beginning but later, he will succeed.

They will go and offer him a new contract, but there is no point in during it early or before Christmas. He is in the form of his life and the goal is to motivate to continue in the form of his life and then he will for sure receive his well deserved offer for a new great contract.

But rest assured that other clubs have long reached to Salah's managers. That's the most normal thing and negotiations or at least slight requests are probably going back and forth for a while now as everyone knows that he will be without contract soon. It would be dumb to not try their luck and Real Madrid could be one of the clubs that would be willing to give Mo Salah one big contract for maybe 3 years. He isn't the youngest anymore, but he is fit and fast as always. Would be a good pick for any club.

If Mohammed Salah leaves Liverpool, forget this hype Arne Slot is having, their performance will change and they will drop from that top of the table they are using to be champions. After Haaland, the next highest goal scorer is Salah and they are not even far from each other due to Manchester City not been stable with their own performance. There is going to be affirmation of Salah staying in Liverpool even if they are going to win this Premier League before going to another club.

I'm also contemplating which club such an amazing player will like to go, he is too good to be heading to Saudi Arabia but i know him for one thing, the Arabs cherish him very well, so there is high chance that they are in the journey of bringing him to Saudi Arabia perhaps to Al Nasr where his ex play mate is playing, they will make a great combo but it wouldn't be palatable because of the presence of Ronaldo, it will be a congested team and at the end, they will not win anything.

Liverpool has proven a couple of times that they can find players to replace former superstars. When they had Sadio Mane, Salah etc. and Mane left, some people said that he was so important to the game of Salah and it would be difficult to replicate that with another player. But they did it and they did it successfully. Klopp got all these new guys on board like Nunez, Diaz, Jota, Gakpo, so I am not concerned that Liverpool wouldn't be able to either find a new player on a very high level who is immediately ready to jump in because who wouldn't want to play for Liverpool these days?

Then they can still use the players they already have because they are playing well already. All the aforementioned players are an important part of the team today and will be in the future.

One thing that should make Liverpool learn is the difficulty of getting replacement players and now almost every team has problem related to the player crisis and that will make them have to spend more money when they want to bring in some new players, I know with everything that is happening now but they will not get the same opportunity when they waste it.
I'm pretty sure they know how difficult it is when their 11 first-choice are all-out injured like what happened in 2020. But it's not reasonable to expect them to have 3 players for each position. They'll probably look for a player who can play in many positions just like their forwards. CMIIW.
If they are rich then they can do it and the question is simple, will Liverpool be able to spend big money to bring in great players who are of course still of productive age when some of the main players have to leave.
Next transfer window and also at the end of the season we might find out the answer to all this, they are doing well in the UCL and of course if they continue to do so until they reach the final then Liverpool could make big amount of money this season and that could help with the transfer fee when they decide to bring in young players.

Arsenal wanted Osimhen, but Napoli is not keen to decreasing his price. So, they are looking for an alternative for Osimhen. They were naming Rategui as one of potential candidate to be signed by them.

Rategui priced less than 50 millions, and he has been so consistent in scoring. He was also player of the month in October, and worthy too buy him instead of Osimhen. It will save them almost 100 millions.
12 goals in 13 matches in Serie A for Atalanta makes Mateo Retegui a striker that will be in the watchlist of many clubs. It seems that Viktor Gyokeres might not be able to come to Arsenal because there is a likely chance that he would join his former Sporting boss Ruben Amorim at Old Trafford. Both the Italian and Victor Osimhen might not have the same quality. The Nigerian is strong, good in the air and has improved in his ball control. Nevertheless both players will be good for the gunners.

Victor's price tag is no longer 100milloin, it was reduced to 70million. It might also reduce at the end of this season since his contract will be remaining two years. Napoli's desperation to sell the Nigerian might make them reduce the price even more. But the problem now is that Osimhen is in great form.

Leicester City was in bad condition before they decided to contract Van Nistelrooy because the previous coach was unable to provide good results for them this season. Their position was so close to relegation that the management decided to fire the previous coach and took the opportunity to recruit Van Nistelrooy who was no longer on duty at Manchester United. This decision was considered right because even though Van Nistelrooy was not very experienced, there would be a new spirit for Leicester City to move away from the relegation zone. For Van Nistelrooy, this is the beginning of his career as a coach and he will be tested because he is directly handling a team in the Premier League which is much more competitive than other leagues.

Arsenal are reportedly monitoring Mateo Retegui who has impressed this season, scoring 14 goals in 19 appearances in all competitions, including 12 in Serie A. Arsenal may have to compete with PSG as the French club are also very interested in signing him.
Retegui impressive form with Atalanta has seen top European clubs vying for his signature, he is considered the most attractive property in the front line, Arteta must convince the player if he wants to get him to the Emirates stadium because PSG are also looking to strengthen their front line.

I thought Arsenal were interested in signing Victor Osimhen to strengthen their front line. Mateo Retegui is a talented player with a relatively low market value of £38m, I suspect the price tag is one of the reasons Arsenal are opting for the player. Mateo Retegui would be an excellent bargain for Arsenal. He is fast, strong and he is strong, he will surely add a significant depth to Arsenal attacking options.

Salah leaving would be for his best, he is 32 years old and will be 33 next season, that's not an age that will be all that easy for people to play at high tempo for a very long time, injuries will be getting a lot more and that's the most important part. I believe he should consider going to another club and somewhere he can make a lot more money, which Saudi league could actually be not a bad destination because they could pay probably 100+ million a year. That is going to be a good situation for him, should be something that will benefit them a lot. Obviously this is a sensitive topic though, we could see a lot more and things could change a lot, we need to wait and see how it will fold.
Barcelona wants him, but after you mentioned that number (100+ Million), I don't think Barcelona will be able to pay that salary. The available clubs who can pay his salary only Saudi clubs or club that owner oil businessmen. I think for investment player with 33 years old is also a risk, he certainly won't give transfer-mart benefit if he is no longer needed for the club, It's only worth for short time, only 3 years at most, maybe barcelona needs him for a short period of time just to educate and give the experience for the young player they own.

Knowing Atalanta they will ask not less than 70mil for Retegui.
Osimhen will be probably a better choice since Napoli will probably sell him for the same price.

Not a lot of players outside Atalanta has perfomed like they perfomed when they where there.

https://x.com/RodrygoGoes/status/1862512223005888885

I have seen this tweet recently and it has made me really curious... Where do you think he is preparing to go?  Huh

He hasn't been having so many minutes of playing time for a while. And now he is said to be suffering a hamstring injury. Meanwhile I have seen this and it has drawn my attraction.

You know there were some rumours regarding Manchester City to be interested in him. I wonder whether his next station could be there. Whether it is there or not, I hope he finds a solid team for himself where he can play regularly.
I think you’re reading too much meaning to the tweet. Posting those three words doesn't necessarily implies that Rodrygo is seeking a move away from the Santiago Bernabéu. It’s true his playing time might have reduced recently, Rodrygo can become a regular starter for Real Madrid. Moreover his versatility as a forward makes him a great asset for Real Madrid as he capable of operating effectively on either wings or even in a central attacking role.

Ooops! Camavinga is out, the list has increased and Real Madrid is in more troubles.
Alaba out;
Cavajah out;
Militao out;
Rodrygo out;
Tchouameni out;
Vini Junior out;
Now Camavinga out;
I am very sorry Ancelotti, it seems you are going to struggle longer with Pep.
Look at the list of injured players, I feel sorry for Real Madrid. How will they manage until all those players will be fully fit to play again for them. These injuries are coming at the worse time and will put more pressure on Kylian Mbappe. Their performance so far in the Champions League has been short of their usual standard. I know Ancelotti is a good coach, and with the transfer fast approaching, Real Madrid will be actively involved in the transfer market so they can add new players to the team and also be able to provide backup to the injured players .

Real Madrid is really facing a lot of challenges seeing the list of their injured players but then they are a big team and they have a good coach who will always try to see how he can manage the players he has at hand to play matches just that the team is not in good form since this season we may not expect to see them playing like they used to especially in the champions League competition. They have managed to improve in their league matches and with Barcelona dropping points in the league they may have a chance to compete with Barcelona in the league but I don't see them making it this season in the champions league. I think the coach will be active to make some signing during the transfer market I believe having a good back up for his key players will help his team to get better.

Mo Salah is on the form of his life and i don't know why Liverpool are yet to give him a new contract, at least a one year extension with an option of a further year. If Liverpool do not give him a new contract, it is possible that a top club in Europe might offer him a contract, Mo Salah still has the strength and quality to play at the very top level, so i don't think now is the right time for him to move to Saudi Arabia or any less competitive league.
You're right. Salah performed well during this season. He always gives positive contribution in each match of Liverpool. It is quite confusing that Liverpool board doesn't give an offer for a contract extension very soon. Sure, there are many big teams interested in Salah if Liverpool has no intention to keep him anymore. Even the big teams in EPL must try to sign him if Liverpool decides to let him go. However, it is a too bad decision if Liverpool assumes they can perform well without Salah. They must realize that Salah still has a too big role for Liverpool performance. I'm sure Liverpool performance will suddenly declining if Salah leaves Liverpool in June 2025.

Salah and Mane were the two players that were moving Liverpool at a time, considering other potential players and hoping the game of Liverpool with the arrival of new and young players, the board wanted to let one player go and keep the second one. Salah was the best choice for the team board to keep that time and I must say they made a very good decision in keeping him even though Mane himself is a great player and would have performed well as Salah is now.

No contract extension talks for Salah uptil now may only mean two things; they got a replacement underground for him or they feel his services will soon be over and won’t be that relevant for them again, so they should just terminate his contract and he goes get another team considering his age also now. Whatever their decision may be, Salah still remains a very quality player they should not let go now even if a replacement is coming soon. They should have them both and allow the game to balance more without Salah before allowing him to go. This season has been a great one for Liverpool and Salah is one of their strong and best players that is making this happen for them this season.

I still don't know if Salah will stay in Liverpool for a longer time or not. Salah is a good player and he is having a good performance in Liverpool. Even he was the reason for Liverpool to win some games during this season so far. Also, Liverpool with Slot is in a better situation than last season when Klopp was working there which can put Salah in a better situation in this team and extend his contract with Liverpool but there is still no sign of Salah staying to leaving Liverpool. We just know he got a good offer from the Saudi league which can make him end his career there like his former teammate Mane.

That's what I thought at the start of the season too about osimhen and arsenal being linked up and for the fact that the mixed would have been excellent too but to some degree I think arsenal aren't able to cope with osimhen that's why they couldn't bag him and if the deal would have played out osimhen would have being a complete terror at their Frontline as their lack that strong attacking force at front, also Matteo would also be a good signing but I fear would be able to make and complete his move.

To be honest, I don't know how Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti is going to manage the injury issues at the club especially now that Eduardo Camavinga will join the list of the club players that are sidelined. Carlo Ancelotti in the past have proven to be a manager that's very capable of managing situations like this and I have full trust on him to also get the best results with the players that are currently fit to play
The storm of injuries that hit Real Madrid this season has actually taught us all a lot that, in football, anything can happen. Ancelotti is certainly very experienced in dealing with various team conditions, the Italian manager is used to various kinds of pressure, so this is nothing new for him. Due to the injury factor, we can understand the fact that their chances of retaining the Champions League and La Liga trophies have now lower, to secure it, it really depends on how quickly the injured players can return to the squad.
Of course, it is not an easy job, with the increasing number of players who are injured. If Real Madrid fails to achieve this season target, I don't think the manager can be blamed. We will see how Ancelotti will face a number of matches in December, until the January transfer window opens which can be used as a solution to add strength.

If Ancelotti doesn't get sacked at all, because those rumours are in full earnest. I don't really see why he should be sacked, so many players are injured, the coach is obviously not to blame and has no influence on the situation. Inside his league I think he is doing a great job as a coach and the team is winning it. Yes there are some problems in the champions league but I think it's not that critical
