Bad news came from the city. Ederson is considering leaving the club at the end of the season and he may be interesting to get a new atmosphere to play in the different league. It appears that he is satisfied with his achievements while playing for Manchester City. Some Saudi professional league clubs have targeted him.
There is no explanation as to whether he will leave the European continent or remain. He could still receive numerous offers from the big club considering he has a successful career in the manchester city.

There is no explanation for his departure from Manchester City and on which club that will be taking it as his next destination. It appears that Pep is also looking for a suitable replacement for Ederson as soon as possible considering that if manchester city will lose one of its best goal keeper but this may be taking more time consider it's not easy to find the best one for city. City can start to consider chelsea's goal keeper kepa. He is coming back again to the chelsea after real madrid decides not to make him as a permanent transfer.

I'm hoping he'll continue to play in European competitions rather than the Saudi Pro League. Ederson can still have bright future.

Chelsea has succeeded in changing about three coaches within a 2 years interval and it's a really poor management from Chelsea owners, just when the team are getting better then all of a sudden either they sack or the coach is being compelled to leave due to how his being treated. Chelsea earlier deserves Tuchel, Potter should go but Pochettino is really one good selection to manage Chelsea and letting him go too easily is an awful decision. Who knows who they are in talk with, I lately over heard about bringing Mourinho.
I also feel disappointed with the decision to fire Pochettino, are they blind? Chelsea has slowly improved from last season when they only finished in 12th place, but now they are in 6th place. Chelsea is starting to have the seeds of great players. If they change the coach, the potential that Pochettino has just built will be in vain. It's quite annoying what Todd Boehly thinks, as if he's just using the club's finances for himself. What about Jackson and Palmer who are starting to feel comfortable at the club. I'm worried that in the hands of a new coach the concepts and strategies will actually affect the team's performance. Give Pochettino another season and I'm sure this club can get back on track.

It looks like that won't happen because a young coach is their target as a replacement for Pochettino, and also I no longer see Jose Mourinho as a special coach, he seems to have lost his touch a long time ago, some of the clubs he coached no longer achieve what they hoped for, so I think Chelsea will stick to its target of getting a young coach. However, they will not achieve good things in one season, Mikel Arteta needs several seasons to bring Arsenal into a more competitive team even though they still lack titles. If the Chelsea owner persists in his desire to change his team quickly then whoever coaches there will end up the same.
Jose Mourinho is no longer Chelsea's target because previously this coach was fired by Chelsea, which means the club no longer wants to work with Jose Mourinho, rather than having to repeat the same mistakes. We even need to look at Jose Mourinho's current statistics because he is very different from before. he has been a quite successful manager in managing big clubs but currently many people say Jose Mourinho's tactics are outdated and big clubs have to think again if they want to appoint this coach unless he changes his methods to be more modern because as the season progresses then there will be changes what will happen in terms of tactics and attacks.

Why should Chelsea fire their coach again even though Mouricio Pochetino has shown quite good improvement for Chelsea compared to last season where the club finished in 12th place and this season Chelsea finished in 6th place which is quite a good achievement, a coach really needs time if want to see good changes unless Mauricio Pochettino doesn't show good enough signs at the Chelsea club then the club can fire him but if the club keeps changing coaches that will also be bad for the club because coaches also need a process not just instant success.

How could this suddenly happen, even though recently Pochettino's Chelsea have started to improve, I don't know what was on Todd Boehly's mind so he decided to work with Pochettino, even though this season Pochettino is playing with players he doesn't want, there's no chance. Todd Boehly gave too much to Pochettino, if he is not satisfied this season it is natural because Chelsea management has just overhauled its players, in my opinion this is a decision that is too quick from Chelsea management.

I don't understand Chelsea management, they just make decisions like that, even though we know Pochettino is an experienced coach, but currently I think Todd Boehly has his own interests and what he will bring to Chelsea to become coach next season.

Finishing in 6th place in the Premier League standings does not guarantee that Mauricio Pochettino's position as Chelsea manager will be safe. Pochettino and Chelsea agreed to end cooperation early even though there is still one year left on the contract. Mauricio Pochettino is now officially no longer coaching the Blues. Interestingly, there were no dismissals or resignations, both parties agreed to end cooperation. Pochettino became Chelsea manager on July 1 2023, until finally leaving on May 21 2024.

Chelsea has been inconsistent since the start of the season. In fact, they were stranded for a long time in the middle of the standings. However, Pochettino proved that he knows how to encourage the team to rise. Chelsea's performance has improved in the last few months, they were even able to wipe out the last five matches with consecutive wins. As a result, Chelsea finished in 6th place in the final Premier League standings this season. Specifically in the Premier League, Pochettino led Chelsea to 63 points from 18 wins, 9 draws and 11 defeats.
Since the change of ownership of the club a few years ago we can see how Chelsea seem to no longer be able to show their quality as a big team in the Premier League, several times the change of coach actually did not make Chelsea better and now they are again sacking the coach who at least began to build the foundation of the team by relying on young players, honestly at first I was quite hesitant to see Chelsea could even end the position in the top 10 but Instead, Pochettino is now able to make Chelsea can end the season in the Conference League and maybe will be able to play in the Europa League next season if Manchester City can win the FA Cup this season.

I think Pochettino who was in Chelsea for a while has been able to create a solid foundation now for Chelsea to face competition next season, but somehow Chelsea fired Pochettino when Chelsea performance began to improve, although Pochettino was late to make Chelsea performance improve again this season but I think he has done a pretty good job now especially at the end of the season,  Now it is reported that Chelsea will be coached by a young coach and we don't know who he is yet, but given Xavi situation which is currently in uncertainty at Barcelona after his relationship deteriorated with Laporta, is there a possibility if the young coach mentioned by the Chelsea owner is Xavi?
Chelsea can certainly play in the Conference League next season. And if Man City wins the FA Cup this season, Chelsea will move up to playing class in the Europa League. In my opinion, this achievement deserves to be appreciated, it can even be said to be extraordinary considering Chelsea's chaos in the last two years. Finishing in 6th place this season is already very good. It seems like there is nothing wrong with Pochettino, it is Chelsea who are at fault in maintaining the club's performance. I am also surprised by the thoughts of Chelsea officials, indeed the team's performance this season is not that good, but Pochettino cannot be completely blamed. He arrived when the team was filled with many young players who were not his choice.

Just heard that Chelsea has parted ways with Mauricio Pochettino after just one season. I didn't expect this and never thought the club would push him out. Maybe it was Pochettino's choice? Anyway, it might be a regrettable decision. Now they have to start fresh again. There might come a time when no manager wants to coach Chelsea!
The club's leadership treats their managers poorly. Chelsea finished above United and lost only 2 out of their last 16 games. Pochettino just got them playing well, and they turned a corner in the second half of the season. It's a bit harsh, especially since they seemed to be finding their form. This is yet another example of the poor management by Chelsea's owners.

I'd love to see Mourinho back on Chelsea. Mourinho being without a team and Chelsea sacking it's coach should not be a coincidence. Chelsea achieved it's golden days and reclaimed the title both on two different terms of Mourinho in Chelsea. Mourinho have bought a home in Chelsea and call them his home team. As Mourinho nears his career end as a coach and Chelsea is in a need of a coach, both of them should come together in mutual terms and appoint Mourinho at least for the respect of his past contribution.

Are you willing to see him come and then be sacked again by Chelsea? Take a look at Chelsea's new philo, which was acquired by the new founder. The club has been changing its philosophy, it's not the right place for the coach that is willing to geta lot of privilage like buying the new players. Chelsea is now attempting to be profit-oriented. The club hopes to make money by developing and then selling its players. This is what Chelsea is trying to accomplish but im not even sure if the new coach will able to follow it caused by they also need to fulfill club's target as well.

Even Pochettino was leaving because the club would not allow him to buy new players based on his preferences. How can Chelsea allow Mourinho to buy the player he wants?

It doesn't matter how good or bad the coach is. I am sure no coach will be able to follow this mechanism. Chelsea's owner behaves like a dictator. You will be able to work with him as long as you consistently agree with what your founder has said.

Chelsea's decision is very questionable, but I suspect that perhaps this decision is mutual, perhaps Pochettino simply received a more lucrative offer from another club? Look at what they write in the latest news, that Manchester United and Bayern immediately began to be interested in them,

But many media have rumoured him to leave Chelsea, so it is very likely that Pochettino will indeed leave later this summer. Actually, I slightly disagree if he leaves because the projection of the team he is currently clearer, giving a chance in the next 1 year is natural. But if he does leave, it seems that it will make Chelsea have to readjust to a new coach.

I read indeed Pochettino and the management had the same problem, I don't know who started. But Pochettino's current condition is much hated by the Management and Pochettino himself feels uncomfortable at Chelsea for now. The management sees all of Pochettino's lack of truth.

Glory To Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!
The Chelsea manager Pochettino should have been told his errors and advised to improve for the coming season if he wants to keep his job because I believe that he had already started to get it right with the players, and maybe with some few introduction to the team he would be able to fix the defensive errors.

There are a few names of coaches as options that Chelsea have to choose from, I am sure that their new coach will be one of these; Roberto De Zerbi, Kieran McKenna, Ruben Amorim or Sebastian Hoeness from VfB Stuttgart.

Look at what they write in the latest news, that Manchester United and Bayern immediately began to be interested in them, I don’t know about Manchester United, but I’m almost sure that Pochettino would definitely not mind coaching Bayern. At the end of the season, Chelsea began to progress, and if Pochettino had received more time and funding, he would have achieved results, but I will say that maybe it’s even for the better that he left Chelsea, now there is a shortage among coaches, Bayern showed this well.

I do not know about the managerial career of him. I know that he was a very good defender back in the day. I also know that he is currently the coach of Burnley. And Burnley just got relegated. So I do not think it is going to be a very wise idea to actually get him as the coach of Bayern Munich. They should look for someone who has already been able to prove himself. And I do not think he is that guy.

You know, he has not coached big clubs so far. The first somewhat big club or decent club that he has actually taken up the coaching job for Burnley and they got relegated this season. So I do not think Munich should consider him as an actual candidate. I think Munich will be better off with the coach that they have right now instead of getting Kompany.

Right now not only Bayern Munich but also Chelsea is after Kompany according to recent news. Chelsea is reported to be searching for a dynamic manager from now on. Kompany is a young manager and he is only in his 4th year of his managerial career.  Smiley  He couldn't keep Burnley in the Premier League this season unfortunately but he brought the team here with a title in the Championship.

We don't know yet about what he can do with a much bigger team. Let's see. By the way I still think it was unfair to sack Pochettino despite the huge improvement recently. It was only his first season...  Sad

Bayern is now in a difficult period, they are considering many candidates, I see names such as Kompany and Falk, but until there is any official announcement, these will just be negotiations between the team and the candidates. So in the end we may see some unexpected result, as happened in Liverpool. So far, of those whom Bayern is considering as candidates, it does not inspire optimism, for now they have time, but soon they will need to prepare the team for the new season, so there is not much time to find a new coach.
Bayern Munich in last season's matches had a less than stellar performance. This must be corrected immediately and perhaps by replacing some of the players above that you mentioned has the potential to improve Bayern Munich's performance condition. But Bayern Munich must add one attacking player or midfielder who can be used to penetrate the opponent's defense. Make sure they buy players who have above average skills.
Bayern Munich performed a bit poorly last season and after they ended the season with a poor performance they wanted to start the season fresh by signing some other players including Harry Kane and their main target was to win the Champions League title as well as dominate their league. They started the season with such a plan, but the end did not go well as they failed to win the title in their league and they ended their Champions League journey by losing to Real Madrid in the semi-finals of the Champions League. Bayern Munich's performance needs to improve next season as they must improve their performance to stay in the Champions League competition with teams like Real Madrid and Manchester City.

I think this will just put him into the spotlight and make it harder for him to avoid criticism though. I bet if Bayern draws or some players make dumb mistakes he'll take the blame too. If they're looking for a temporary manager, I believe he should not be the priority either given that he's still young and would need time to adapt and develop his tactical and man-management skills. I can imagine it will be harder if you need to manage players with big egos if you don't have any credentials in your pocket.

Managing a large team will be much more difficult, especially for coaches who are new and do not have extensive experience. Still remember how Mourinho was fired when he failed to bring several big teams to glory.
Even though previously he was a coach who was talked about quite a lot because of his contribution to the team. I also have the same view as you, that when his team loses or draws then he will be the scapegoat to blame.
So there are many things you might need to consider because it's not easy to handle a big team with a lot of history.

There was a review of the manager's performance for the duration he has been the club manager and the owners of Chelsea did not find it satisfactory even though Chelsea have started showing signs of improvement. There were many games this season that Chelsea would have won but due to poor ability of holding on to possession and controlling the game, they lost those games or ended up drawing the games. The management is surely not happy with that.

Since Xavi is again about to leave Barcelona there are some coaches who are all linked to Barcelona.
Even in the past during this season when Barcelona got bad results in some matches, Barcelona was about to get Xavi fired from this team and now it seems because of the bad relationship between Xavi and Laporta they want to stop working with Xavi and use another coach for the next season.
Hansi Flick is currently the closest one for Barcelona however there are some other options linked to this team like Roberto De Zerbi and even Tuchel.

Actually, this is a complicated situation faced by Barcelona and with Xavi's dismissal, I don't think they are actually ready to find a replacement. I wonder what Laporta was thinking when he fired Xavi considering that he had asked him to stay and now he has changed his mind to tell Xavi to leave the coaching chair.
I was slowly getting upset with non sense drama in real madrid. It shows that how xavi is once again threatening his club to leave from there. It's more than a complicated situation. The better for xavi and barcelona to part ways. There's no chemistry between laporta and xavi.
Xavi can get a new house for him to coaching the club.

Some of the names you mentioned do have good experience but I personally prefer Hansi Flick and that could be the clear answer for Barcelona's squad next season if in his hands. Maybe everything won't go well at first but the transition process is called everything must be passed together and I hope they find that.
Im doubging flick will be agreed to receive a new offer from bacelona. I strongly believe flick knows very well what's the problem that happened to the barcelona. Perhaps, he may be seeing another consideration to accept such offer.
Am getting tired with this drama from barcelona. Can't they try to stop it?

It seems due to Pochettino can't meet the Boehly's target to secure Champions League spot after spending a lot money, but it was crazy if Pochettino dare to accept that challenge. Can't really blame Chelsea since Pochettino, as a coach should know the capability of the team before sign a contract. Although Pochettino can make Chelsea become better than the last season, but target is still a target.

A report from ESPN states that the Blues hierarchy have been ‘split for some time’ over the future of Pochettino having failed to compete for a Champions League spot despite spending £1billion since the Boehly-Clearlake Capital takeover of May 2022.
