This is crazy. It appears that Bayern is simply having difficulty bringing a good coach to the club. I'm aware that Bayern frequently sacks and hires coaches, which are making many coaches got upset with it. It does not even leave room for the new coach to grow the club.
On Kompany as a potential replacement for Tuchel, I think is a big jump for his career, he may as well do very well but the odds of that happening are very low, he's only two years into his managerial career and such a move is too big, hope he doesn't make the mistake Steven Gerard and Frank Lampard made in the early stage of their career. Bayern Munich is in a lot of mess and would need someone with enough experience to make them compete again.
Tuchel is getting sacked he's not leaving on his own terms and the reasons they're not attracting good manager is down to their recent mis management and sacking of managers mid season.
