Next transfer window will be so hot because several teams will be looking at players to sign to push them to the next level, and one team I will hoping they get experienced players is Barcelona. They have a coach who is very good, which is Xavi, but they lack those experienced players that can guild them to a champions league tittle charge.I watched them play against PSG,and they were favourite to win that game, but a single error caused them. They got a red,and the game changed. This is what they would have avoided if they had experienced players there. Therefore,I am hoping Xavi signs about four to five experienced players.
I think there is nothing lacking from Barcelona, Barcelona also has a lot of experienced players and if you say Xavi is a good coach it means you don't think the same as me, a Barcelona fan, I will blame Xavi as the cause of Barcelona's defeat, if we discuss current players everything Barcelona has can be said to be good and reliable, but it's not just about the players but Xavi who is the cause, with last week's defeat which meant that Barcelona had to lose to Girona for the second time this season, I don't know if I think there is no place for Xavi in next season in Barcelona.

I admire Xavi for what he has given Barcelona as a player, so as for the coach I don't think he is ready to handle Barcelona, I think there is no harm in Barcelona looking for a new coach for next season.

The next transfer window will be interesting, many teams will be looking forward to strengthen their squad because I believe so many teams have seen their lapses and have projected the type of players they need to get before the beginning of another season.

Barcelona don’t have enough money to sign plenty players, they need to sell some players in their squad to generate money for new players, and they are also having issues with their sch because I don’t think Xavi will stay in the team for another season unless if the management provide means of generating more money to sign more players.

Arsenal and some teams in the Premier League will be in need of striker, while some teams like Manchester United and Chelsea will also be in need of defenders and so on.

RUMOR
Finally AC Milan will decide to replace Stefano Pioli. Previously it was rumored that AC Milan wanted Motta. However. According to Football-Italia.net, AC Milan is currently getting closer to Porto coach Sergio Conceicao. If we look at his coaching history, Conceicao has been quite successful in providing trophies for Porto, with 3 Portuguese League trophies (Primeira Liga) and several minor domestic trophies. Hopefully, with this good history, he will succeed in providing a trophy for AC Milan if this rumor comes true for next season.
Milan planned this because the club was performing so poorly this season. It's time for Acmilan to kick him out of the club. Pioli has no impact on his club. He's a flop now. Several years have passed, and he has not produced impressive results, as opposed to his rival, Simeone Inzaghi, who has consistently won numerous trophies even helped intermilan to leave from the financial problem through developing the talent then sell it.

I believe that the decision to recruit Conceicao is a gamble. Being successful at Porto may not be a good indicator of his suitability as a new coach for Acmilan and this can be the key point for milan to hold that decision. Milan must take careful consideration before hiring him as a new coach caused by the club must try to ensure the new coach will not be another flop. Porto has not yet given greenlight for him to leave. It's still a rumor.

After Villas Boas was appointed as Porto's new president, it appears that the club is unwilling to let him leave. We will be seeing some updates regarding this rumor to come soon.

Even a Portuguese journalist has reported this in the most recent interview and you can read it below.

Quote
Sergio Conceição has become a strong candidate for the Milan bench. What is the current situation? We know of a contract until 2028…
“The information circulating – and passed on by outgoing president Pinto da Costa – is that the renewal signed by Sérgio Conceição can be cancelled at no cost to FC Porto and the coach himself, now that André Villas-Boas has taken over as president of the club. Therefore, if the parties understand that it is better to follow different paths, there should be no obstacles.”

Do you think Conceição’s cycle at Porto is over?
“It is difficult to answer that. Only after the announced meeting between Sérgio Conceição and Villas-Boas will it be possible to draw conclusions. The new president has a different project than the one that has been in place at the club until now and we will have to see if it is in line with Conceição’s intentions.”

It's better for Lukaku to join Saudi Pro League, if he continue to play in European team, he need to expect he will join mediocre team or second tier league. Any top tier teams will not want Lukaku since he can play for full time, become super-substitution and vulnerable against injuries.

FYI, Lukaku was the reason why Milan lose against Manchester City.
I also think Saudi league will be the perfect destination for him currently, we saw how difficult it was for him before he got a loan contract from another team in Europe when Chelsea decided not to use him for the season. It will be no different this season because Chelsea will not make him their first choice and i think he is too experienced to be going on loans up and down like a youngster, if he wants the best i think should just consider joining the Saudi Arabia league it is quite competitive and there are numerous European players in the league.

At the moment no top European team will want Lukaku especially after missing a couple of chances in the Champions League final last season and I wouldn’t advise he joins a low standard team. Joining Saudi will benefit him more financially and easily he would be the first choice striker.

It seems unfair to compare Tuchel and Erik Ten Hag in terms of achieving success at their respective clubs.
We should see how the MU and Bayern Munich players compare, which is very different, while the competition in the Bundesliga and Premier League is also very different so that we cannot compare who is more successful between the two clubs.
I do admit that Tuchel succeeded in bringing Bayern Munich to the semi-finals, but we also have to remember that Tuchel failed to maintain the dominance of the Bundesliga which has been dominated for decades and this is one of the bad things Tuchel has.
If MU really forces itself to recruit Tuchel, there's no harm in trying to believe in Tuchel.
Man United management certainly has its own perspective on Tuchel, as does Bayern Munchen who see Ten Hag as the right person. The similarity between the two managers is that they both failed to meet the expectations and standards set by their respective clubs this season. Although overall we know that Tuchel has better quality, and I think Ten Hag also has the opportunity to follow the success once that Tuchel has achieved in the future. No fan can accept their team losing, especially at the most crucial moments towards the end of the season like now, Ten Hag cannot avoid the sharp criticism that comes his way.

Bayern Munchen actually haven't completely failed this season, they still have hopes of winning the Champions League trophy, even though we know that it is very difficult to make it happen. Besides that, if Tuchel is lucky to be able to present the Champions League trophy, perhaps Bayern Munchen management has made the wrong decision and it is too early to do so. Bayern Munchen have been rejected three times by three different coaches, and Ten Hag is another option that might fit their vision and mission. In the end, there is nothing wrong with changing the two managers, who knows, they might be lucky after swapping positions.

He reached the UCL final with Intermilan last season and is almost there again in the Europa League, im hoping that best of luck him. Lukaku is a good striker but sometims he can't even control is ego. He is still willing to play in the european competition. This is why he was trying to defend his position in the european club. He is an experienced striker and i hope he will get a new club asap.

At the end of this season, Lukaku's loan period ends and there are reports that he will return to Chelsea, but Chelsea said they are trying to sell Lukaku to a team in the Arab League, but there has been no agreement from the team asking for Lukaku. This is a big problem if Luka continues his career at European league, he's getting old.

Tuchel has certainly done better this season than Manchester United manager Ten Hag. Under Tuchel, Bayern Munich reached the semi-finals of the Champions League this season where they managed a tough match against Real Madrid in the first leg. Tuchel's season would have been complete if they could have won the league title but they tried but couldn't compete with Leverkusen in the end but despite performing poorly in the league tournament they are doing well in this season's Champions League. The team under Ten Hag have performed very poorly this season so it would not be surprising if Manchester United make a tough decision against this manager.

Tuchel can still prove himself for Bayern Munich as he still has a chance in the Champions League.

Ten Hag is a potential candidate to replacing Tuchel at Bayern Munich, very high trust souce said so.
It looks we may go with a swap of coaches between Mancehstery United and Bayer, interesting.

More on Armindo Sieb. Understand Bayern will extend his contract until June 2027 or 2028 as soon as he returns to the club, then sending him on loan.
Bayern will 100% activate the buy back clause for €1.5m and planning to send him on loan next season.

Source: Fabrizio Romano

I absolutely agree with what Bayern Munich is doing right now.  This 21 year old is showing really good p potential. And it absolutely makes sense for Bayern Munich to actually keep extending the contract of this player and also send him on loan to another club. Because he probably will not get a good amount of play time if he stays in Bayern Munich at this moment. It will definitely be better for him to go to other clubs on loan and get experience that way. When Bayern Munich thinks that he is ready, they will start playing him in the main squad. At this moment I believe they think that he is not ready and I absolutely understand and respect that decision.

It's not right to blame inter Milan loss in the Champions league final on Lukaku. Yes he missed a goal, but he wasn't the only player on that pitch that missed a goal. Martinez missed more clear chances than Lukaku did. Anybody can miss a goal. Like it or not Lukaku is a top striker and he scored many goals that helped the club. Milan played against Manchester City which is a top team and they know what they are doing. Ederson is a world-class goal keeper. If not for his injury crisis Lukaku is a good finisher that can give his team up to 20 goals a season. Lukaku wasn't the reason why Milan lost to Manchester City, I won't accept that. Lukaku can still play in Europe in a good team. The only problem I have with him is his injury history.

There are some talented coaches working at that club, but right now, they need a bit of motivation. Things won't improve overnight, but maybe it's time to change the manager and fight for a top-four spot. I believe if Ten Hag stays next season, Man United will still struggle and worse case could be relegated. He hasn't been able to make much of a difference, and neither could any other manager. The truth is, rebuilding Man United is a massive task that will take a long time. Man United's morale is quite low at the moment, and no manager would want to take on this kind of challenge. Conte could help them; he's a very strict manager. He's also a father figure, and that's exactly what Man United needs.
Agree with you, what Man United needs is a bond between players and coaches in order to build strong trust. Because seeing Erik Ten Hag so far he wants to be differentiated, meaning it's like there is a barrier that means Man United players don't have the freedom to show their ties, show what problems are on the pitch and what they want. It's hard for me to describe, but in essence we can see Arsenal where Arteta and his players are, Man City where Pep and his players can be harmonious off the pitch as father and son and when on the pitch it's no longer awkward. The coach relationship is quite important because the good and bad performance of a team can be seen from how closely the two understand each other.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the Blues are willing to sell the Belgian forward for a transfer fee of £38m (€44m) in the upcoming window. The player's exit clause was decided between the Premier League giants and his representative last summer.
https://www.goal.com/en/lists/private-deal-between-chelsea-romelu-lukaku-agent-striker-leave-for-cut-price-this-summer/blt1fc3b998f2d8d98d#cs6162bd96ac26af3f

This is what I had expected from Lukaku caused by his career was so struggle when he joined in the chelsea team. The fact that Lukaku was able to improve significantly while playing in Serie A but it's saddened me how lukaku was not even playing for chelsea. It's strange to see Chelsea abandoning him from the squad and it's bad for him and his future caused by lukaku still wanna play in europe. Lukaku could be an alternative striker for Chelsea but Pochettino didn't even care about him and he chooses to use the young talented striker rather than lukaku which is considerable as a experienced striker.

This may be the reason Chelsea parted ways with him. Instead of relying on professional strikers like him, the club is constantly on the lookout for new talent. Lukaku has been doing exceptionally well for his serie A clubs.

A good list as I previously talked about but I won't mention Graham Potter name because he is not coach who is really worth using, just look previously he had 5 year contract with Chelsea his performance was poor and he was fired.
I don't want to see Manchester United get any worse so let see what the Red Devils squad is really worth bringing in.
Tuchel is also not bad coach and from the start I was much more in favor of Manchester United hiring Tuchel as coach there.

All the coaches who have been with Man United except Sir Alex Fergusen I think it is not appropriate to coach Man United again. Then Potter, he didn't have a great role with Chelsea. Historically, he has many expensive players but minimal achievements. At the moment I think that maybe Tuchel or Zidane is the best alternative to Ten Hag. For Conte, indeed a little better than Ten Hag, I think he is also not the best option. For Amorim I heard the news that he will stay at Sporting.

Bad news came from Barcelona where Vitor Roque's agent started blaming Xavi because his players rarely get playing minutes and I think this is quite worrying for Barcelona's future. We know that Barcelona spent a lot of money to get Vitor Roque last season and this season he only played a few times. This makes Vitor Roque's agent angry and afraid that his players will experience a decline in performance if they are not given the minutes they deserve.

I think here Xavi is the person most responsible because even though he has Lewandowski, he must at least give Vitor Roque the opportunity to show his talent and at the same time build chemistry with the other players. Vitor Roque chose Barcelona because it was his dream club but unfortunately he didn't get what he wanted. Now the situation is not good and there are signs that Vitor Roque will leave Barcelona in the summer. I can only hope that before it is too late there is someone who can bring them back together because Barcelona is currently not doing well in all competitions.

I have not seen this kind of coach swap in recent times. I wonder why Bayern Munich wants to get Erik ten Hag after his poor run in Manchester United. He will leave the club in bad shape both in players' performance and relationships. Thomas Tuchel will be glad to return to the Premiership and I know he would be happy in United if he is given the freedom he always desired. If they want to get the best out of the German tactician, he should be given the privilege of making contributions to transfer decisions. He will be a good replacement for the current coach.
But I wonder why would Bayern Munich want to partways with Thomas Tuchel, because to my notice his performance isn't that bad since he took charge of the German side, and if you check, he finishing second in the Bundesliga and currently in the Champions league semi-final game with Real Madrid, which in their first game they played draw , So they still have chancr of wining the match and go to final, However, if that is a decision that they want to take, well, good for them ,But Erik ten Hag isn't a suitable replacement coach for Bayern Munich in my opinion, and don't believe his performance would be better than that of  Thomas Tuchel having seen his record.
It would be very careless to hand Bayern Munich into the hands of Erik Ten Hag because it would be the same thing that would harm Bayern Munich even more, let's say this season in Tuchel hands was able to finish in 2nd place in the standings then if Bayern Munich were in the hands of Erik Ten Hag the ranking would be in 10th place. That's the comparison, Bayern Munich management is suffering more and more and there is no chance of winning the trophy. I think this coach exchange will bring positive things for Manchester United and bad things for Bayern Munich. But that doesn't matter because I really want to see Leverkusen retain the Bundesliga trophy for longer.

Real Madrid have always been loyal to their players, whether they're young or legends. They always give them the opportunity to show themselves; if they fail, they give them another chance until they achieve success. While Barcelona gives them only one opportunity if they fail to show up, Barcelona puts them on the bench or kicks them off from the club. So I think this is the reason behind them there are many younger players who have a lot of talent, but Barcelona made them dscrouge, and in the end he failed in the world of football.

What makes the two different is in terms of staff management, Madrid really has staff who are not only loyal to the interests of the club but they also have quality in their field. So that every Madrid player gets special treatment according to his skills on the field. In terms of training facilities, we also know how luxurious Madrid has. So in this way the output will also produce a difference from a club that is only mediocre and if the club is in bad financial condition it will automatically affect the performance and output produced. I'm not just talking about Barcelona because it all comes back to the motivation of the players and also the club management in implementing this system.

Most likely, Zidane will not want to take on a team that has a lot of problems, a lot of work needs to be done to restore the team, and I doubt that Zidane needs this.

As for Tuchel, everything will depend on how he plays with Real Madrid, if by some miracle he is able to reach the final, then I think that he will become unattainable for Manchester United, and if Bayern loses, then Tuchel may well become the next coach of Manchester United, but to me It seems that now for any coach coming to Manchester United will be too difficult a job.

Conte will require large financial expenditures, because one of the conditions for his work in the team will be the purchase of new players, and it seems to me, that the owners of Manchester United remember what happened with Mourinier, when they spent a lot of money on transfers, but did not get the expected results.
