Romelu Lukaku is one player that has the ability to effect the to play in big club in Europe but I think we're done with seeing the best of Lukaku. I doubt if we're going to see a Romelu Lukaku who's going to do better than he did in the past seasons as a professional footballer. It's possible for Napoli to try sign him to their club but it'll be beyond normal expectation for anyone to think that Lukaku will be as prolific as Victor Osimhen have been in the past two seasons for the club.
Lukaku have shown that he understands Italian football and his to play it the league so I think his experience is big enough to help him succeed at Napoli but we are less likely to see a Romelu Lukaku that will perform like he did in his prime when he joins Napoli

Replacing Osimhen will be a tough task for Napoli, because they will not play in Champions League next season. It will be difficult for them to sign a good striker with the current situation of the club. Lukaku could be the best option that Napoli could get, because there are not many strikers in the world are better than Osimhen.

Not playing in Champions League makes Napoli having a low bargaining position to sign any top target. If Lukaku is willing to play for Napoli, the board needs just to sign him anyway, because they can't get any better option than him.
