After i was closely monitoring the performance from those names on their teams.  Xabi alonso is the only one who stands out with very impressive result with his team right now. he is still relatively new to coaching the club but his tactics have proven to be successful after it has implemented in leverkusen. Leverkusen is still unbeatable.
It took only less than 2 years for xabi to change the club to be perfect like this. His ability to communicate with players created positive team environment. Xabi plays a crucial role in the club now.
