I think the possibility of Dovbyk going to Manchester City is very low because the best position for Manchester City right now is striker. I think they won't transfer alternative players while Haaland is there. Considering that Couto is 21 years old, we can say that he is a good player for Manchester City. Barca will not able to buy an expensive high wages player in this winter transfer window nor the next season due to financial issue.
