Thanks for the clarification FJ Smiley So I guess it really is because of my deposit, which I haven't made in a long time true and fair enough.

I do hope the dormant account won't be taken away though and just left there allowing us to return to make a deposit when we can or want to.

Would be a shame to have to create another account when we decide we want to deposit again!

I do not want my account to be considered as dormant account so I just checked my account and my last deposit was on May. Seems that I will get the same email as what you got few days back if I will not make any deposit in the next few months. But it is good to hear that there is a way to unlock the account once the account is locked due to inactivity so we do not need to create a new account.

Yeah same here, I nuked it like rightaway so I don't know the email sender now because it had a link to click to login. I didn't think about deposit activity though so if Trofo is right then yes, it may have been some time, but if that's a reason, then it should be made clear in the inactivity notice like what you need to do.

It said "login" though, so I assumed it wanted me to login and get my password and such.

If You do not log in to Your Account for a consecutive period of 12 (twelve) months or if no deposit has been made for a consecutive period of 6 (six) months after registering and opening the Account on the Website, Your Account will be considered a "dormant account" and We may block and terminate such dormant account any time after the lapse of above-mentioned time period. Any monetary funds available on such dormant account may be removed by us without a further obligation to refund. Before removal, We will use reasonable efforts to reach and notify You about the removal of funds via the most current contact details You have provided to us.

Rules are fair enough for me too, but I do feel like 6 months no deposit is a bit of a short period. Like many, I've opened and maintained countless accounts on countless different sportsbooks, and many I may not deposit for a long time until I feel like it. We always play where the juice is better for us, right?

Bettor doesn't stay in the same platform always and it is reasonable. I paly in different casino and betting sites. But it's not possible to stay active always at every single place. I give priority to those sites where the promotions and bonuses satisfy myself. I was active in FortuneJack in 2018. But I moved to other betting site in 2019 and stopped visiting FJ. And last year I found that my FJ account is suspended. And this is the second time I'm going through the same situation (with new account).

Inactive account doesn't provide any benefits to the casino. And it doesn't matter to them whether we are regularly placing bets at other casino or not. Very few casino have this kind of system for inactive accounts. Bitsler is one of them too.

BTW, we have the option to save our account from this blocking. In the mail they said

The sports betting page just does not load for me. I see nothing at all. Everything else is fine but when I click sports tab I get nothing.

Is this some known issue?

It loads fine in my end, I can even load it without login. What is your browser? Perhaps it is an issue with your browser or your inet connection. No other suggestion for you except, try to open it with different browser and/or reset your connection.

I didn't get the notice so I'm cool here, but trying to speak on behalf of the others I recognise as active forum users and valuable contributors to the gambling sub-community at Bitcointalk.

My Stake was dormant for 2 years probably until they got their UFC promos back on. Sportsbet pulled me away from my previous fav bookie (BCR, until they closed down too). Fairlay I have been betting with a balance that's been growing more and more, so I haven't needed to deposit in yonks. It doesn't mean I won't bust it all one day =) Nitro I haven't since 2017 but still have an account! Many more I haven't mentioned but I still maintain.

At the very least, the active forum accounts here should get some kind of waiver maybe?

Majestic 7 is not as easy as it seems. I know there have been some winners and we have seen them get 7/7 but it is really not that simple. Just because there were some winners doesn't mean that there will always be winners and doesn't make it simple.

Plus, if it was so simple then we would not only have winners each week (which is not possible, some weeks we have 0-0 games) but we would also have multiple winners each week. Consider how many entries there are each week and consider how many winners there are, it is not even one winner per week on average. So, that is why you could see how insanely difficult to do something like this really is.
You are right in last season there was no winner but in this luckily we have few ones and these all were in very early stages which is very interesting but now as season is running we have some very tough competitions which are giving some tough results, and we are losing very badly. In current season I started very late and from last 4 rounds I have just one prize for 5 correct results, feeling very lucky but still hoping for more as I have few in last season.

But in current season I am having very poor results like in current and last just 2 out of 7 are really poor from my side, hoping in next rounds can do some better. As in this round we have many players came back from International duties and having no form like before this break.

Maybe it's crazy, but it's reality I am also having only one correct from today Majestic 7, and it's Danny Ing's all others sleeping for second week in a row. I was expecting this result because after International break any result can happen, so this happens to me. But hopefully we will have some better luck in coming weeks of this Majestic free prediction competition.

@Fortunejack today I was trying on Dice, but it's not works for me can you give any update what's happening around because I have error again and again connection failure all other features was working OK, but only Dice game was not working for me, thanks.

@GbitG this week was indeed bad but it’s fine as this is a free competition, but I hope next week is better for all of us. Also did you contact their support via intercom on their site, and on weekends I have observed that there’s less support available so probably on Monday it should be resolved for you.

We had created our account by accepting their T&C. So we have no option to blame FJ team if we missed to check our mailbox. Because it was our duty to read the rules of their terms & conditions. Few other casino have the similar rules like this. At least FJ has notified us about this issue. We can avoid this situation by contacting their support.
I am not blaming them, that is fair from FJ side, if they don't want me being there I'll take my gambling elsewhere, not like there is no options. I also understand how my account looks from their point of view since I did not deposit there in ages. Could change in the future or not. That only depends on odds and promos. If my account gets closed that it is it from me and FJ, not gonna try to make a new account and breach T&C

For instance I was gambling almost exclusively on Sportsbet few years ago, than I switched to Stake for year or two when I felt like they are offering more and now I am back to Sportsbet. I used FJ, Nitrogen, Betcoin and Wbet7 here and there throughout that time. From those mentioned only FJ and Wbet7 are still an option for me.

I received the exact same email ... and while I didn't think it was phishing, I still got mixed feelings about Fortunejack forcing users to log in or contact support. Although I assume that such a measure is aimed at determining visual statistics of user activity. But even if this is so, I do not want to lose my account at all, even if I have been inactive for some time (what if I had not seen this notification?). So I would also like to see what Fortunejack has to say about this.

I have not logged in for a couple of weeks to Fortunejack but I didn't receive such a mail, so it could still be phishing.
Just wanted to login and maybe give in my prediction for Majestic 7, but the site is down at my end, am I the only one? Could somebody pls check?

The message was sent from the second email address which has been mentioned by Bitinity in the above reply. However, this is not a new thing in FortuneJack. They have rules about inactive account in their terms & conditions.

Submitted my prediction hours ago. I chose the players who are the top scorer of each team except Kane for Spurs. Frankly, it is another hard matchday for the Majestic 7 and I think there will be no one get 6/7. Anyone here confidence enough to get at least 5/7 this week?
