^  It could be a false positive.  Open your ticket again and request for another security check.  I'm pretty sure FJ is def not trying to steal from you.

And if there have been lots of the same complaints lately then that means FJ security team is doing their job.
Really hard to believe on if there are some sort of false positive or simply the truth but actually Fortunejack isnt a small scale business that would just simply accuse some users if they cant find anything.

Its said that the said user above had violated the terms and conditions and its just right for FJ to take action. There's no scam on here!
I get that you side with the casino but there are times when members are indeed misjudged on here. I wouldn't go as far as saying that this casino has done nothing wrong, you need evidence for this and as far as I see there is none.

You can't simply put your trust into a casino just because it is big - sometimes mistakes happen too.

Waste of time or not, that is what the FortuneJack team requires from you. If you are a legit player, you are not multi-accounting, or accessing the casino from a restricted jurisdiction, you should have nothing to worry about. Submit your documents and wait for them to reply back. Your case won't be handled faster if you keep calling them scammers. You either do what they say or you don't. It's all up to you.
I fully agree with you but for some reason more and more crypto casinos are asking for proofs and I am not talking just about FJ but almost all of them in some cases. The whole idea of gambling anonymously is getting destroyed. I don't know whether the player has done something wrong or not but I am not a huge fan of asking ID proofs. I am sorry by no means I am saying FJ is wrong, they have their own terms and conditions, but not every player is comfortable giving their ID proofs.

Personally I have played at FJ for a long time and never faced any issues, let me make it clear. That said, if I was asked ID proofs, I would rather play at a fiat casino because the sole reason almost all of us play at crypto casinos is anonymity.

But I agree if money is stuck and you are clean from your end, no harm in completing KYC especially with a trusted operator like FJ Smiley.

I was giving him the benefit of the doubt.  Lol.  But still, sites make mistakes..  Even bigger players.  I’ve had experienced Pokerstars send 500 bucks in my account and I didn’t say anything for a week.  They wouldn’t have found out their mistake if I didn’t tell them.

I can vouch for both @tokeweed and FJ because anyone who’s visited this ANN knows that he’s been playing on this site since a very long time now, and he’s definitely not an employee of FJ.

Also why don’t you comply and do as he’s suggested because accusing here won’t help you get your funds back, but once you supply the required information it’ll help speed up your case.

If a casino is requiring KYC, and you think that is waste of time, how did you manage to get into crypto in the first place? Almost all the proper places I know in exchange world require KYC, all the local ones do as well, maybe you are from a nation with high p2p and that is why you managed to get it in cash and never gave any information to anyone but if you managed to get away from the exchanges without giving your KYC and found another method, why play in a casino in that case? We all know they may require KYC as well so if you run away from exchanges for KYC reasons, do the same for casinos as well?

I just do not get why people who gamble and then complain about it. I complain about KYC as well but at least I am true to my word and not play anywhere that requires KYC from the gamblers, or put money in I can ignore and leave behind if they ask me.
Well there are popular sites which don't needed KYC, but they can ask you anytime whatever they feel they need. Don't disscus about KYC any longer on here, it won't be ever done just like other thread, people are complaining about KYC KYC and KYC.

These rules have no legal value. Reading them is completely meaningless Wink

i agree with you , i think fortunejack.com is a big scam
all member with the fake green trust work with fortunejak.com for sure
i have only one account , the site want justifie their scam with the fake law
It's fortunejack.com tbh.
Just because they accused you for playing with multiple accounts and broke their rules, doesn't mean they are scam. If you didn't bet with multiple accounts and broke their rules, how can they accusing you?

Then why use multiple account here? its again there TOS maybe have time to read this https://fortunejack.com/faq/terms_and_conditions. Just accept the fsct that you violate their rules so try to follow what they told you since in the first place you are found abusing their platform, ranting here will not result any good result.

I request FJ team to decrease the minimum withdrawal amount which is pretty high when compared to the competition.

They detected multiple accounts due to which your withdrawal was cancelled which is a common reason for these cancellations. Submit your documents since the amount involved is pretty big or forget about your funds. It's as simple as that.
