^  I think a lot of people in crypto have gotten spoiled imo.  Try using a fiat book or any fiat gambling site or poker site.  A lot of them would take three days before your withdrawal goes to your Neteller, Skrill or whatever ewallet you’re using.  And not just that, most of them flat out require KYC to cash out.

Today I also resuested a withdrawal of 0.01 BTC and I got an email that there will be a delay in the withdrawal due to some standard security checks. Will update when I receive the payment (probably tomorrow).
It is a usual thing in Fortunejack as I got the same thing when I requested withdrawal in the past and I believe most other real regular players has experienced the same. I can say that 70% of my withdrawal requests needs to be checked first or need to be confirmed first before Fortunejack process it. No need to worry as you'll get it eventually although I have to say that it is not really good for players if all withdrawals needs security check. I think Fortunejack needs to do something for this case, as it may make players feel unsatisfied with the service.
I still believe that they are doing security a bit harsher here than anywhere else and we could fix that with a lot more staff. I understand that fortunejack doesn't make infinite amount of money and that is why we can't be expecting them to make that much hiring as well which makes sense.

However we are in between of two things here, either they do not hire more staff because they are not making that much money which would make sense but at the end we are going to end up with super slow, slower than anywhere else in the crypto casino world type of withdrawal period, or we are going to see them hire more professionals on this job which will cost them a lot of money and then we will have a lot faster withdrawals as well. Which one makes sense is no-brainer, for fortunejack not hiring and making people makes more sense and for gamblers hiring a ton means a lot better because you get your money quicker whereas you do not pay for the staff anyway, casino does.

@Bitinity has your account been verified? and does the delay still occur if the account has been verified?

Nope, my account is email verified and phone number verified only. My last withdrawal was on June (a month ago), and it was delayed due to security check as usual but it did not take too long time (in less than an hour) as you can see on below image:

I believe the checking time is based on the case of each withdrawal, it can be quick as my last withdrawal but it may take longer time like hours or days depends on the case. I'm not really sure about verified account (KYC), whether fully verified accounts still get "security check" or not.

I understand your point  Cheesy

But I want to know if babygun claim bonus or join any contest? usually the reason for the delay or security check is related to the bonus
If FJ applies the same rules to members who don't claim anything, it means FJ wants their players to go to another site

I won a couple of freebets on this forum during the EURO 2020 contest and got some nice winnings out of these freebets. I didn't claim any other bonus (except for the freespins when signing up)

Any reputed site don't care either any user leave them for any rule or not. They want to keep safe themselves as well as their users for that reason they may ask kyc. There are a lot users who violates rule of a site as to avoid that types of users they should take kyc too.
If you mean that FJ doesn't care about their users leaving their site because of certain rules, I disagree. They would have gone out of business long back with that kind of mentality in my opinion.

Crypto gambling sites should only ask for KYC for important reasons though some of them request them for pointless reasons sometimes in order to avoid paying out the winnings since many crypto gamblers hate providing their KYC.

I'm not so sure because there are sites that pay/give bonuses if players follow KYC, the FJ admin also confirmed some time ago that there was no KYC if the user was playing normally or have no indication. We are still waiting for an update from babygun and want to know if he claimed the bonus or not.

Just got an email back that I need to pass KYC in order to receive the money. I will do it, but it seems to be that more and more crypto casinos now require KYC...
KYC for a 0.01btc withdrawal seems like too much, imo. Like @Haunebu said, your account probably raised some red flags (ip or betting behaviour similar to other accounts) and fj are just being cautious. Wouldn't be the first time this happens, tho (randomly requesting kyc)...Keep us posted

I think it’s just FJ starting to make some stricter policies overall moving forward.  I don’t think it raised a red flag or any of that sort.  I mean how much of a red flag can you really cause with a win of .01 BTC?

And I think books let people get away with small amounts to make them keep coming back.  Lol.

Anyway, FJ when EPL Jackmate?  Wink

0.01 bitcoin might be a small amount to you and many others especially for any casino or sportsbook though it is not a small amount to a lot of people. But yes I don't think fortunejack is asking to provide KYC for this amount by I agree with you that the user has negative flag either for multi account or for something like blackhat.

If you are not happy with the delay in withdrawal, then you can always have the option of leaving the site and playing at any other. Since you have been here for 3 years proofs that even with the delay in withdrawal, fortuneJack is still the best.  Smiley
By the way they have the right to suspect anything unusual in the withdrawals.
I do not think that is a proper answer to give someone who has a complaint. I mean I am sure fortunejack would have a lot better response, like they are checking each very carefully and that is why it is slow, or pandemic caused the staff to have a big backlog that needs to be fixed, or basically whatever and eventually we are talking about something that is going to be doing a lot better in the future but just not right?

These are the type of things that we should be saying to people, not "if you don't like it, leave!" because that doesn't solve anything and causes fortunejack to lose gamblers, if you really like this place then you should not be talking like you are speaking on their behalf and act so badly towards people who have complaints, you are only hurting the place you claim to like so much, be nicer to people if you want to, or just don't respond at all?

You are right that maximum casinos/sportsbet are taking kyc. Actually they require kyc to keep their fund risk free. To know that they are sending the fund to the right person. Also,it requires for affiliation, unethical fact and also few sites are afraid for money laundering which is anti of crypto.

Damn. That sucks. Requesting KYC for such amounts is messed up unless they found something shady related to your account. Did they mention that they need to investigate your account due to certain issues?

Your withdrawal is less than $400 and it requires KYC, actually it's not a big amount and it's not worth implementing KYC, I think this is an internal rule here
Based on what I read in their T&C, they only enforce KYC when they find something fishy going on just like most crypto gambling sites.

You guys all fucking just at a wrong side of the story that I wanted to mentioned. Anyway, I just say my opinion? I didn't ask you guys to be like that. Just chill and focus on what my points is, I did not ever said this casino is SCAMMED me?HuhHuhHuh?
Firstly, you need to chill out. You pointed out your issues with this site which make sense in my opinion. I hope FJ takes note of these issues.

Since you have been here for 3 years proofs that even with the delay in withdrawal, fortuneJack is still the best.  Smiley
By the way they have the right to suspect anything unusual in the withdrawals.
They definitely aren't the best due to reasons like high minimum withdrawal amount(Problem for small-scale gamblers like me), but this is still a reliable crypto gambling site at present.
