For example they do like 5 gb free vpn for you, if you max that you can't use the free anymore, it is like demo, but they do it monthly so that people could come back and not leave forever. @Raflesia you’re right as users accessing VPN are assigned the same public IP address which seems to be causing this issue, but then again it’s difficult to prove it too as people could be really using multiple accounts to exploit the site.

The problem is that most of the VPNs, especially free ones doesn't offer dedicated and unique IP adress. I don't usually read ToS maybe even the others because it's long and tedious. But I am not saying that it should not be read. Because I, I am comfortable that I already know the common contents of each ToS.
