Hello,

I opened  a Fortunejack account some weeks ago and deposited 0,06 BTC. Because I am no betting specialist, I bought some picks over the last weeks at blogabet and made some picks with the 0,06 BTC. After some weeks and some luck I had 0,36 BTC on my account. Yesterday I tried to make my first withdrawal about 0,07 BTC. Normally this takes some minutes livechat told me. But after some hours nothing happens and I became an email:

" We are contacting you in regards to your account status. FortuneJack strictly enforces its policy of not allowing multiple accounts, and your account has been found to be associated with at least one additional account, which is considered illegitimate use of our website.

In direct accordance with our Terms & Conditions, winnings obtained by a player found to have multiple accounts are considered illegitimately obtained and will not be credited to the player's account and/or voided. This applies to any additional Games or Services that you participate in with funds obtained from illegitimate website use.

Failure to meet the requirements of FortuneJack's security policies can result in any or all of the following security procedures:

- Withhold all active transactions until further notice.
- Withhold all existing financial resources at user's disposal.
- Permanently discard all associated accounts.

Please reply directly to this email regarding the multiple accounts associated with your profile.  "

I was shocked, because I never made a Fortunejack account in the past or will do it in the future.

So I wrote them my story and offered them also to give them documents like my identity card which has the same name and birthdate as my email adress. Same I did with my BET365 account and it seems to be normal for verification.

Now, some minutes ago my account balance is 0,06 BTC again!!! Whole winnings were deducted.... No email... Livechat told me that there is a case of multi accounting...

SO BIG BIG WARNING! DO NOT REGISTER AT FORTUNEJACK! IF YOU WIN! THEY STOLE YOUR MONEY!

This multi accounting is something easily to tell to customer. If this really is the case, then they should come up with some evidence. Not here in public chat of course, but they should provide you the information about this accusation. I have the feeling that in general more and more people experience problems with different bookmakers. What happened with this? It should not have to do anything with Covid.

If FortuneJack is a good and reputable site, why did they choose to moderate the topic themselves on this forum? This usually only happens for 1 reason, to remove comments from people here. Isn't it much better to open a regular topic that is not itself moderable? I think this raises a lot of suspicion (rightly so?)

I've seen a lot of negative comments (even ones based on nothing real) and they don't remove those posts. I don't mind a self-moderated topic as they can remove senseless spam in this thread as that sometimes happen.

perla. Almost ALL the threads here are self-moderated. FJ and others allow comments and keep them, but only if they are constructive. Self moderation is to clean the thread and make it useful for the people ACTUALLY using them,,, just go back and see this thread and see many negative comments left there for all to see.
You may not like the self-moderated topic which actually has zero deleted but still if you feel uncomfortable about it you can, it is your personal feeling and nobody has a right on your feelings, so you can openly talk about it. However, one thing can be done about it, if you feel so strongly about fortunejack and feel that people can't write here easily because they would be afraid of retribution from fortunejack, all you have to do is open a new one?

You can open a new topic about fortunejack that is not moderated and you could talk about the casino there with people who would be willing to talk about it without fear of deletion. Even though none has been deleted from here, that is still an option for other people, I am sure even with another topic, nobody would be talking about it like it is not a great place because it has been one of the best for so many years.

First of all this thread was created in 2014, six years ago. The reason behind self moderated thread could be to get rid of excessive spam. I wouldn't consider this as a huge problem. First of all we have Loycev's tools that gives you possibility to check deleted posts and then, anyone can open thread in scam accusation / reputation section against any company or a person. Believe me, any thread is seriously taken in sections that I mentioned and if person submits legit arguments / proofs against FJ, it won't be lost or forgotten.

So, no, it doesn't raise any question in this case, especially with FJ. See their trust for more information in their profile.

Out of the ~8650 posts made over 6 years on this thread, not a single one was deleted. So perhaps the FJ staff changed their minds about moderation after making the thread. Any reputable casino with a presence here knows that if discussion about problems on their site is stiffled on this thread, the critisism will just appear again in Scam Accusations, likely in an uglier form.
you can usually see those on the op's top post how many did he deleted right? seems none was deleted so far. by the way i noticed some casino games on the website which is like an image problem but upon clicking it shows like this:

Quote
{"success":false,"payload":[],"error":{"error_code":45,"error_message":"You are logging in from a restricted location. This service is unavailable"}}

i guess it seems some casino games are prohibited in my country. in my opinion i suggest just put restricted games rather than showing a broken image.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
I did not. I am looking around for a site where to play active. I play only at 2 sites now, I am not satisfied about it with the stake limits.
Furthermore I noticed the site from FortuneJack is working fine again these days.
I think there are still many active sites where you can use in its convenience, I have no problem with the betting limits at Fortunejack because this is normal, I am not betting big but with what I can afford to bet it is more than enough.

Well of course I they have a faster development so with yesterday's server problem it won't be that long if it returns to normal, the sign Fortunejack is maximal in gambling betting.

Looks like Fortunejack is having a hard time now with technical issues on the server. What about funds from customers, how can you guarantee this is safe after these pages:
@Arcas these are normal downtime errors which are faced by all the sites routinely whenever they’re making some changes, and these errors have nothing to do with their wallets so I don’t understand why you feel that their users funds are not safe?.
I think if the problem of safe funds is in Fortunejack, there is no need to worry about what is happening now, maybe the server has changed and this is normal so I am not so worried about customer funds, I really believe this Fortunejack will be quite normal in the near future if you experience a server at the first time but after that it was normal for me this is not a worry.

@Arcas I don't know if you have ever deposited funds there to bet and ask this are you a true Fortunejack user?

I did not. I am looking around for a site where to play active. I play only at 2 sites now, I am not satisfied about it with the stake limits.

Since you are here why not create an account and play using a small amount where you can afford to lose? try to test the site then give a verdict whether you like to stay or find another site to play. If you are worried about the reputation then for sure many users will testify that fortunejack is a reputable ones, although it has an issues before but they manage to settle them and they are running quite good so far for quite long.

i also got an account with fortunejack and the times i played i was happy with the offers. did not make enough deposits or withdrawals to judge it but the software looks good to use maybe if i have more knowledge about teams i should make a bigger deposit and it can always happen that a website is offline or doing maintenance thats pretty normal only maybe they could have placed another page that there was maintenance but really no problem from my point of view

Do you really not see the difference between betting on them and just joining a promotion? The huge difference is in one of them I bet on it, meaning I have to spend money on it and I do not want to bet on who will score, I like betting on which team will win but not which player will score, but even assuming I do that, it requires me to spend money versus something totally free that I spend nothing on.

Secondly it gave away 1 bitcoin to winner if you got it all right, when you wager unless you wager a lot you are not getting 1 bitcoin in return neither, you are getting less. So for something I spend money on, I get less versus something I spend nothing on and get more money in return. Obviously the promotion was 1000x better than betting on them yourself, not even close.

Oh, so it was all about betting money and playing for free? Why didn't you just say so? Every explanation was about the missing fun, the missing research, whatever it was people were claiming. No one actually until you now comes out to say it's not about betting or research but about the chance for free money. Silly me for not seeing the all you guys were whining about was the lack of a free giveaway.

@buwaytress I believe that he’s sad because like me he’s too missing researching about the player’s and then selecting them, however I guess it’s time to move on now and look forward to the champions league competition.

You can still do the research and bet on parlays for players scoring on those markets. Pick 4 good players with 2/1 odds each and that's easily 20/1 if you think you're good =p Don't think anyone did that much research for MajSev anyway haha.
