After i have contacted support 5-6 times still the answer is the same. Its going through standard security checks. I believe not being able to tell me how long this drama will last is at least innapropriate. The one and only thing i read from the live chats is that its going under standard security check.

To my big surprise yesterday i logged in to my account and i see my balance being negative by -0.1272 BTC.
I tried to figure out why, and therefore ive joined live chat to ask why is my balance negative. The response is that one of my selections in my combo bet was cancelled because as they say this game never happened !!!!
It never happened but it ended 3-0. Note that the exact same bet - i have it in another sportsbook which has been settled without any excuses. I do this because i have been scammed from many books in the past with cheap excuses. In other words whenever i am placing a bet i do the exact same thing in other books as to have evidence when books give cheap excuses.
