I see, thanks for the clarifications... well, it's  kinda sad that we can't use their program while being a player, I don't  think players can be abusive in this part especially if they start giving KYCs to all users and affiliates.

A bit strange. Am quite curious why you're not allowed to have an account on FJ and also be an affiliate  Huh

I just have one account on FJ.
That one account is the reason you can't register for the affiliate program. There is probably something in their Terms & Conditions that states that registered players of FortuneJack can't take advantage of the affiliate program.

Yes I can confirm that registered player is unable to join the affiliate program. I have posted my concern about this thing some time ago as I'm a player as well as joined the affiliate program. It is a new term as far as I know as I was able to have both account in the past. At the time I notice this new term, David asked me to choose whether I want to keep my gambling account or my affiliate account. I choose to to keep my gambling account and my affiliate account is deleted/blocked since that time.

For the IP, some internet providers using an IP Static from their service.
In my case, I use tor for logging in my FJu account. So obviously they are not receiving my real IP. I prefer it for privacy only.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for contacting us.

In rare cases we do allow it, however I have received information from the Game control team that you're also having a player account simultaneously, which is strictly forbidden according to our T&C and this is why the request is declined.

Best Regards,
FortuneJack Partners Team

I just have one account on FJ.

For the IP, some internet providers using an IP Static from their service.

Sometimes your IP will be changed every 1 hour, a couple of times or went you on a different area. All my provider internet in my country most of them using IP Static, so probably i can't really get the same IP with yesterday except for WIFI. But its kinda weird went the "holding fund" trigger on the different address too, if they triger with the IP could be normal.
It doesn't really matter all that much if your ISP changes your IP because in short you are still shown at the same place with your IP, it could basically be traced to a point which is as far as I know your City at the very least (of course ISP basically knows the exact location) and that means you could share your KYC and as long as there is nothing wrong going on you will be allowed to continue.

These type of prevention systems are done to slow down an account in case something is wrong, in 24 hours to 48 hours if something is wrong they would get a support message about it and would know there is a problem going on, if there is none that means they would continue to allow the player to continue with whatever IP they would like to continue with, simple as that.

What is wrong with your account, did you forgot your password?

Click on the Recover button in the sign in form. Enter your username and the email address you registered and reset your password.
You don't really need the customer support for that.

I'm a newcomer to the FortuneJack gambling site, I'm having a little confusion about the balance in my account. I found a balance of 100 FJC on the platform.
and is the FJC balance only for Dice bets not for online Kasino?
and what is the function of the FJC itself?
then can I exchange 100 FJC for BTC or alt?
Consider FJC just as some internal coins which has no value against the real money. I think these are there just to practice the games for free and then once you will feel better, you can despite BTC or other crypto that they accept.

I played the HI-LO dice game yesterday, and I have to say, I like the odds.
Had about 500 rolls, and I gotta say I'm 20% in profit.
LoL  Grin Grin Well done on your bet  Wink Certainly it is your luck, I used to be a big fan of this game, but the results I got were not very satisfactory, especially when I made a lot of bets. The one thing I have noticed in general is that as the number of bets increases, the odds of winning gradually decrease, it is almost equal, and then, I am at a loss due to the cost. But when I did the opposite, with fewer bets, the profit I earned was not much  Roll Eyes sometimes at a loss, LoL
Well, that is gambling in short for you, one person who is happy with the results and saying he is about 20% in profit, another saying he didn't really felt lucky with the results. That is literally what happens in a casino, some people may end up winning (in the short term) and some people lose, that is how it all works, its a luck based thing and sometimes you get lucky and win a lot and sometimes you get unlucky and you lose a lot.

It is not even about the game at all, this could be any game at all and you could potentially still be very lucky or unlucky, irrelevant to the game.

I personally switched to playing PVP games more like, sportsbook is not actually fully PVP but the odds are decided on which team is wagered most so it is a bit PVP that is decided based on others wagers as well, and other stuff like poker, there at least you are not just lucky or unlucky but also need to be skilled as well.

We need to understand that bookies sometimes do these sorts of checks just to ensure that our money is safe.
Exactly! I had the same thing happen to me a few months back. My home IP address changed and since I use a new receiving address for all my withdrawals I guess it triggered some cautionary alarms on their end. I checked my email, noticed the message from FJ, confirmed it was me, and my funds were released within minutes.

When it comes to FortuneJack, you have nothing to worry about as long as everything you do is legit. They will inspect anything they think is suspicious and they have the right to do so.

@baodo159 this is not the first time they’re investigating someone’s withdrawal and it won’t be the last time too, and for what’s it worth I feel they’re completely justified to do it, as they’re running a legit business but few people try to take advantage of their business, and to protect themselves they need to do such checks. Also if you’re innocent just wait your funds will be released to you, just give them some more time to respond to you.
What is the update of the case?

Other day I was going through a delay in withdrawal. I usually get the funds in my address within half an hour once I order a withdrawal but other day even after few hours I did not see the balance, I was not worried of-course. The next day I was curious and just checked my email account and found that they sent me an email asking if this is really me because I was using a different BTC address and IP and after responding to the email they immediately released the fund.

We need to understand that bookies sometimes do these sorts of checks just to ensure that our money is safe.

A month ago FJ posted a link to an article on Yahoo Finance where the FJ CEO stated that there was an increase in new users. I think it's safe to say that, with the lack sporting events and the 'stay-at-home' orders enforced in almost every corner of the planet, dice and casino games have indeed seen an influx of new users...But maybe FJ can confirm it in another post (:

I think it's got to be the case everywhere that's doing something to promote online activity, especially in Sportsbooks. Saw a couple more other articles talking about all the sports bookies. And when you think about the NEW sports and games (marbles? damn) now entering into sportsbooks, you know we're getting new communities in here.

Industry's probably hurting now but once everything resumes, they'll have a bigger userbase. Might turn out to be a good thing!
If I am not wrong almost all physical casinos do have some sort of online website as well, nowadays it is not really all that interesting to build one and it is not difficult as well so I am sure either they have one already anyway or they might get one done pretty quickly with all the readymade versions of casinos.

So, they are not totally gone neither, they are still making some money. The difference is the fact that online ones were online long before and got marketing done and getting all the gamblers whereas the physical ones might have online but not promoted it so much so far and they still have to pay for the costs of the physical version as well.

I suppose these places all have made so much money that they could basically handle few months of not making any money, or they would simply fire some workers and send some to unpaid leave so they could continue to make profit off others misery like they always do.
