It may seem absurd, as deposits and withdrawals should be so simple in one click, why it takes three steps to do so?

I have just checked, it is a display error from your browser. Without any such boxes from their website, they never overlap like that

talking about the withdraw thing, did anyone notice that the withdraw 'box' is transparent? looks kinda odd, doesn't it? or that's just me?

It seems that on the new beta site we can manually select the priority of withdrawals (fast, normal, slow). This surely affects the transaction fees.
