PS if I take this to court all of your T&C will be VOID for the event as well as any other event that has occurred prior.

They're clearly not going to do anything about it on the forum. Go hire a lawyer and take yourself to court - you would actually get somewhere (potentially).
lol what makes you think I'm going alone? There are more than a dozen people that have acknowledged the validity of my claim and are willing to follow suit. You've worked with David you know if he had an explanation or something to say he would be no doubt front and center as we speak addressing the situation but instead they removed me from their discord server and their staff had been rummaging into my account since I brought this up.

@verusfides in case you failed to notice that was sarcasm from DarkStar, but never mind do file a suit against FJ blow up your money in legal expenses but don’t expect them to pay you back those expenses which you will fully incurred. It doesn’t matter if you read those terms or not, the very fact those were there on the site when you broke them means you have no legal case. Last but not the least your local court will not entertain this case as FJ will not be subject to your country laws, so my advice would be to move on and forget this episode.

Except this time these guys don't have any explanation not to the public and not to me. Look even now they remove me from their discord for spreading this story. They're in my own fj account for what fucking reason lol.

I reopened this case with askGamblers today and I'd like to inform everyone on the forum and players of the site that with the research I have done I am more than entitled to that money and FortuneJack should no longer have a say in this matter.

The reason I say this with such confidence is this. Fortunejack does not bind or notify players of its T&C. Not when you sign up, not when you try to get your bonuses, never. Since I have never adhered to such terms and conditions or willfully agreed by terms or clickwrap. (A form of T&C agreement which makes you check a box before finishing sign up to the website or before making use of their services.) You guys are more than welcome to check yourselves that this is true. I the player having not been notified of such T&C till the winnings were removed from me and even then I was not told to abide by the terms and conditions. Since I have never entered any agreement. All the bug winnings play and plinko jackpot plays. So God damn it hand me my jackpot or I'll fly over there and have you cover the flight, the hotel fees and the days I missed work because you guys had no right to take anything from me in the first place!

PS if I take this to court all of your T&C will be VOID for the event as well as any other event that has occurred prior.

PSS this rule applies to a good amount of players. So if any of you guys on here are players of FortuneJack and have been wronged. You can apply this so they can't hide behind their T&C.

Explain your way out of this one David.

Edit: Just to clarify this applies to;

1. Any account holder who signed up prior to the websites revamp when the Terms and Conditions were not clickwrapped (makes you check a box saying you agree to the T&C).

2. Any account holder who have currently signed up via mobile device which shows no T&C agreement anywhere before or after sign ups.

Well, that was one example. In general though, for over .3 deposits to be used at the sportsbook, which rule applies: The T&C rule or the FAQ rule

They state different things.
If you want to be 100% certain you can also try to contact the FJ team over discord. There is support chat and the admins will be able to help you there.

Same as for the user above, you can try and contact them on discord. The link to it is available on the official FJ site.

today was trying to bet on a game offered live and noticed that the odds don't update until you try to bet , in my case the odds dropped a little but not sure if the system do the same in case odds went higher

anybody tried betting live on certain selection and odds went higher after trying to bet ? if so does it notify you and ask you to approve the bet or does it just accept the bet automatically with higher odds

if it's your first withdrawal and it's big then probably it will need some time to be processed , can you provide more info ?

@SyGambler this issue has been raised here a while ago by another user can’t recall his name for now, but it seems that FJ hasn’t fixed it yet. No I have not played on live bets, but I feel you should open a support ticket to receive more information about this. @bettingnow FJ tends to verify each big amount won on the site hence they tend to delay payments, if your claim is legit then you’ll be paid by them in coming days.

I can confirm that it happens when the odds are going higher, happened to me quite frequently during our national hockey finals, I had to confirm the new odds.

On the other hand though, the following worries me. It's from the FAQ withdrawals section -- what are the requirements for making a withdrawal?:

Firstly, verifying your account via email.

If your last deposit amount is equal to or greater than 0.3 BTC (or equivalent in other currencies) you have to turn over your deposit amount at least once, and the amount of the withdrawal should be at least 0.004 BTC (or its equivalent in other currencies).

This makes it seem like the .3 rule applies generally to everything?
It doesn't apply to you from how I understand it. You are looking to deposit 0.25 BTC and the rule you mentioned above is for deposits of 0.3 BTC and above. Therefore, the only rule that you have to follow (if you deposit 0.25 BTC) is to wager half of your deposit before you can withdraw.

Someone correct me if I am wrong please.

Can someone clarify something for me? I'm new to FortuneJack. If I were to deposit .25 btc, before I am able to withdraw I must make .25 worth of wagers? These can be on sportsbook pre-game bets, correct?
You can read up here: https://fortunejack.com/faq/bonus_tnc

He is not even asking about bonus as far as I understand. I think he asked about the wagering requirement on any deposits, because there is a rule that users are required to wager before they can withdraw their deposit.
Quoted from the terms and condition page:

4. Wagering requirements apply before any deposit made on Member Account can be withdrawn. On Slots, Casino Games and Live games the deposit amount must be turned over 2 times before your withdrawal request will be approved.
On Sportsbook you have to make at least one bet with stake minimum 50 Percent of your deposit, before your withdrawal request will be approved. For Example: Deposit=100 mBTC, you have to bet minimum 50mBTC on any position you can choose on Fortunejack sportsbook.

So if he is asking related to sports betting, he needs to make a bet at least 0.125btc from his deposit (0.25btc).

Ok, yeah, so it seems from the T&C, that if only using sportsbook I'd need to wager half my deposit before withdrawing. That's a lot better than needing to turn it over 2x.

In an article I just ran into they tell of the differences between a pure btc sportsbook and an offshore sportsbook site. They say an offshore site will ask you for kyc information before allowing a withdrawal while the pure sportsbook would not. And they shouldnt because it is all done in cryptocurrency which should be anonymous to use on such sites.
