Yeah, I'm going to go ahead and echo what cryptobetzone is stating above...my bch deposit now has 44 confirmations and is not reflected in my balance. I'm being given the run-around by their live support who're claiming that the deposit issue is site-wide and still on-going, which, if true, is pretty alarming considering we're talking about a gambling website - if there was foreknowledge of potential holiday disruption etc as suggested above then this becomes an even poorer display by the "..highest quality crypto gambling experience" website. To add insult to injury, I'm catching pretty dismissive and short attitudes from the support if they're actually present during the chat I initiate, in two separate occasions two different staff have changed their status to away and left in the midst of discussing my ticket. The only suggestion that I can give for you is to try to use the live support chat, I'm not sure whether there is active support or not due to the Public Holiday as I mentioned before.
The other thing you can do is by contacting Hhampuz, as he is the community manager of Fortunejack who are managing the signature campaign and I'm sure he has a way to make direct communication with the Fortunejack's team.

Probably it is related to their Public Holidays. I received a notification email on Thursday, the emails says that they are going to have Public Holiday starting from 26 to 29, and they'll be back on 30.
I'm not quite sure if all staffs are having holidays at the moment, but it would be bad if there is no one who is stand by on the site during the Public Holidays.
Fortune Jack may be experiencing some kind of technical issues, it’s common for sites like these to experience it once in a while. These issues often happen when they’re trying to upgrade their system, but some bug goes unnoticed which creates this kind of error. @Bitinity thanks for the update I feel they’ll clarify this issue once they’re back in office we should wait to hear from them.

Yeah, but that is about it, they have been vetting the withdrawals like crazy and they are still a bit behind but when it comes to games you do not see any problems. So, you can say while playing (and of course also while depositing) fortunejack is by far one of the best out there, it certainly can be ranked top three according to most people who have gambled all over the crypto gambling space, that is why I am confident that they have been this good this long.

Hey FJ tends to be slow on the payments withdrawals this is not new, but the thing I know is if your claims are valid then it’ll be processed it may just take few days more. I remember the case of justpoor who had won a huge amount at FJ, it took a while but he did get paid. In that case they had clarified they do not keep extra funds in their withdrawals wallets, so whenever those wallets become empty it takes time for them to add funds which in turn causes the delay.
Yeah. A few weeks ago I withdraw around 2 BTC and I only waited for a few hours. But this time they said there was a problem with game logs which caused a delay in game history.
It's been 3 days waiting, they still give me the same reason. But I check my game history and there are no problems at all. Game history shows my last game.
Don't know what to do. Can only wait and post here.

Timing is a very sensitive thing in gambling and casinos vs players deal. I mean if you are a player who did nothing wrong you do expect to get your money right away so the withdrawal times should be as quick as possible, nobody really wants to wait a whole day to get their money so the player is right to ask for it right away since he knows he did nothing wrong.
But at the same time, casinos needs to check the withdrawals one by one and check what type of gambler you are and if you did anything wrong and if they find any weird movements than they will ask you further questions before they give you your money back, if they find nothing bad than they just allow the withdrawal.
Now, if the casino doesn't do that than they might be open to many risky attacks so they can't just auto accept all withdrawals. Both sides are very much right but there is no middle ground to fix the situation.

Let me clear this thing for you, as I know there is some delay with the withdrawals on FJ is because they cover all the transactions fee. So many of players or not want this free fee so they made a deposit and directly ask for the withdrawals. But in the mean time FJ keeps on covering their fee without giving any feedback, this is a casino they need people to play on their site. So what they do right now is already the best as far as I know

Do you receive an email notification like a confirmation email of your withdrawal? I had to reply the email before they process my last withdrawal (2 weeks ago) because I use a new address.
