It will result in lots of drama that site's owners don't want to see for sure. It is same things as we have in the forum. Someone can quit, stop using their accounts in the forum, delete all of their past posts, except threads; or moderators can nuke those accounts, but accounts are unable to delete in the forum. There are some limited accounts were changed usernames, but nowadays, such things hardly to accept by admins. All of them for site's security and preventive methods to out of drama.

Your withdrawal will be blocked if you try to create a new account, many gambling sites are quick in blocking accounts when someone has more than one account. Anyone playing recently? I think it old issue is coming back, it forces logged out automatically after several minutes of playing. I tried with two different browsers but stays the same, I have cleared cookies and caches as well but it does not affect. It is not the first time I face this kind of issue but I have never heard clear explanation regarding this automatically logged out during playing.
this happens with me a lot , not only in FJ but in many other sites as well
but that's due to my shitty internet provider , my internet keeps getting connected and disconnected
every time it connects back the site will log me out since the IP will change , so it meant to secure my account but it's annoying

First of all, I would like to say that if you can probably fix your problems then it would be fine because wagering 2x of your deposit will never been so hard. They make this term in case to prevent players mix addresses there before they make a withdrawal, because you know FJ never ask for fee to withdraw. This is one of the reason they made this term but if you are saying they scamming you just because the game wont load, I do not really think it is make sense. Try to ask for their opinion on fixing your loading problem. I believe they will help you out

First off, don't worry. FortuneJack is a legit site(check out their reputation on this forum), and they are definitely not going to rob you. If your account is secure, your money is not going anywhere. Try different browsers, and please update us on your progress.

I played here about 3 or 4 years ago and then generally stopped online gaming. No real reason just my interest wandered elsewhere. Decided to come back since I have been poking around the gambling section again and can say *you still are one of the better casinos to play at*.

1) Get away from the flash games. I know there are a lot of people who don't like flash and don't have it installed.
2) Please get away from having so many tracking links (google / yandex / etc) I have them all blocked using a pi-hole ( https://pi-hole.net/ )and the amount of stuff it blocks coming off your site that it blocks is huge. If the games don't load it is a problem on your end. Which browsers are you using, are they up to date? Have you enabled flash for the site? Is your internet connection fast enough? Of course you need to turn over the deposited funds before making a withdrawal. That is nothing new in the casino industry.

I do understand you situation here, you deposited the coins to play the game but the games are not loading, most of the times it is because of browser issues and hopefully the support team would sort these issues by giving you proper guidance, even i had some issues with some of the sites when i was using another browser which was unable to load the javascript and thus the entire website, i understand why the website is not allowing you to withdraw the coins, they might think that you just deposited to wash the trail of the coins. An alternative solution in unlocking the wager requirement is to bet on sports. There seems to be a lower wager requirement(in total) as this was the exact line from their terms.

You play the game you get played. At least that's how I like to think about this industry. Of course, some providers appear at first to be nice but if you have that motto in mind you can always expect the worst.
About your specific situation, its annoying - I understand the frustration but they did seem to have specified it somewhere in their policy terms. I hope it works out well in the end.

I'm not really sure why the game does not load on your browser but it works fine here. http://prntscr.com/ol4gpg Regarding withdrawal, it is indeed true that they requires 2x wager before you can withdraw as you can read on their terms page. Since 0.75btc is a big amount, the best option for you is to keep on trying to load the game, probably by using other browser or cleaning your current browser's cache.

The thing about FJ is they’ll always pay you if you’re legit as I have seen it here many people complain first that they haven’t received payment, and then later on report that they’re paid. @Lucky7Btc I’m sure your issue can be resolved contact @FortuneJack and pm him all the details, I’m sure he’ll help you out. Another thing you could do is wait for few days, and allow them to manually inspect both accounts, and then they’ll uplift your ban if your case is genuine.
