Congrats to Ryan for winning the jackmate!!

I have some problem while playing  Huh When i bet on dice just after posting any message in Chat, the dice rolls my roll but don't show in my my bets section live and have to refresh page again for making it normal. Is anyone else facing same problem or its just mine account. My username is ShobhRAJ in game. Thanks
I'm not sure maybe the live rolls pauses when you switch to chat. you don't have to refresh i guess, just click on the play button(it's located on the right after profit column) and you should see live bets under my bets.

I am facing same problem today again. I switched payouts time to time and at a certain point when i switched at 99 payout my bets freez and even roll button not working and my bets even not showing bets. Either its a glitch or any problem. Please take a look.

What was leaked exactly?

Email? Most likely
Usernames? Most likely
Passwords? Most likely
2fa recover codes? Not likely

What about your fortinejackpartner affiliate site?

Was anything leaked from that separate server? Usernames? Emails? Passwords?

If fund is still in tact that means the only thing that got stolen is email and probably username. If someone has access to your account through stolen password that would be shit. However 3 days ago someone tried to get into my 'crypto' exchange by using my email but put in wrong password several times and got my account locked, I wonder if this is connected

* I wont say the crypto exchange name for security

Or the perpetrator might also have the user's passwords but due to high encryption he/she can't access the accounts.
I'm sure Fortunejack have put a secure way to prevent cracking and definitely don't save naked passwords.

Of course FortuneJack has been in the business for many years and security of their customers is their number 1 priority. Maybe they have seen the attacks that's why they are launching a new website. Exchanges are different though, hackers can easily exploit their system as evident of many hacks before.

FortuneJack already notify the community and even sent out emails to FortuneJack players to immediately change their passwords. So its better to be safe than sorry.

Bitcoin FTW!
There's no reason you shouldn't have 2FA in the first place unless you don't have a phone. People have been begging to get 2FA on Bitcointalk to prevent account theft since I joined the site in early 2015; it's absolutely great that Fortunejack offers 2FA for account security. Even if you're absolutely sure your password is secure, always enable 2FA. It's a great last line of defense to stop anyone that wants to get into your account, and if you write down the backup code for Google (or basically any other 2FA application) 2FA and store it in a safe place, unless you lose the code and your phone there's no way you'll lose access to your account on the 2FA side of things.

Hi, dear Community,

As you may have read on the forum, there was a minor attack on our service recently, and some of the mostly outdated sources were stolen from our archives. We have been making a complete revision of the issue and can firmly state that sources are old and mean nothing for now.

However, the hacker is still speculating with data and tries to blackmail our company. Sadly for him and greatly for us, we have amazing news:

WE ARE LAUNCHING A NEW WEBSITE THIS WEEK.

THE IRRELEVANT DATA HACKER HAS TAKEN WILL BE EVEN MORE IRRELEVANT, AS NEW WEBSITE RUNS ON WHOLE NEW SOURCE.

We are currently running an investigation, involving several governmental officials in various European countries and also private companies specializing in the crime of this nature. We have decided to make final results of investigation transparent and report will also be posted on BTC TALK.

However, even we are in full control of this situation and can assure our players your funds and wallets are safe as always, we kindly recommend you to change passwords on your FJ accounts and set 2FA, to be sure that you are the only one that can access your account.

Our media advisors and experts believe that spite of our recent success motivated this attack. FortuneJack is successfully becoming a global brand, our visibility in a worldwide crypto community grows on a daily basis. We are stronger than ever; sadly this also attracts lots of envious and jealous eyes.

Cases like this only motivate us to continue moving forward and building an online casino that is created by players for players.

Best Regards,
Jack.

I have a question FJ admin, is it necessary to use 2FA for the security? what if I have a different password for every website and each password consists of (A-Z, 0-9 & Special symbols ) Plus the password is of 30+ characters. If the hacker got access to the database then changing password is a must.

I have just checked the website and I don't see that 2FA has not been made mandatory yet. So you can continue without using 2FA if you trust the strength of your password. However, I would personally recommend you to use 2FA because of its high security. If you have it enabled, then the hacker won't be able to get into the website even if he knows your password. So if you are big amount player, 2FA may come handy for unforeseen events.

There is someone claiming to have hacked the whole FJ servers: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/fortunejackscam-2012443 He is saying he will release all code in public.

Normally I would think it's just some random upset player. But TBH it looks legit and very troubling for FJ and their players. Can FJ comment on this?

For FJ players, I would suggest at least changing passwords on other sites if you use the same password on FJ.

I assume the "live support spreading viruses" is related?
Legit? what makes you think it looks legit? the fake screenshots? the broken english? or perhaps the fact that the user wants people to contact him via PM probably to ask for BTC in exchange of the password to view the "database"? c'mon now, this looks like a lame attempt to either spread malware or scam people.
They are doing technical update probably because of these topics, so, if FJ is taking this seriously, why don't you take it seriously?
I would listen to NLNico's advice and change password just as precaution, hopefully David will come to say word or two about this whole situation, if not we will see what is going on in few hours.
On side note, is Lily new live support agent?
I did take the technical update seriously, something was going on, however, I didn't think the technical issue was related to the topics about the hack (which I thought was an attempt to scam people as I've seen this kind of MO (stolen database threats and whatnot) happening to other websites, some unrelated to gambling). Nevertheless, I did change my pw earlier just to be on the safe side, so thank you guys for suggesting it.

Hi Jack,

Great to hear that the site is secured and funds are safe. Do you mind to resolve my issues regarding delayed withdrawal of 70,000 USD for almost 5 days? A good part of the money are my deposits of BTC into FJ. A million thanks. Username: cryptonoter

Hi cryptonoter,

Sorry for the delay, due to this case we have been extremely careful on big withdrawals, to make sure all our players money is safe. I am aware of your case and can tell that you will have an update on your withdrawal request latest tomorrow this time.

Cheers.

I understand FJ security point of view. My withdrawal was not a big lump sum to begin with. It was a delayed of multiple withdrawals over time that ended up with this big amount. Nevertheless, I seek your kind assistance on this matter and I will continue to play on FJ. Looking forward to the new website. Also can I suggest that players can set specific wallet address for withdrawals? If there is a need to add a new withdrawal address then 2FA must be used. This might help to minimize risk for players that store huge funds in FJ. Thanks.

That's actually a good suggestion and something I would like to see get implemented. If not forced, make it so tha tpeople can choose to activate it. Would add an extra layer of security which is always great Smiley.

I am very supportive of this idea because I do store sometimes a few btc in FJ over days. The withdrawal section is too simplify and it seem like anyone with illegal access to my account will be able to withdraw to any wallet address. I will prefer to have a fixed address that I used for my withdrawals and if there is a need to change, it will require me to manually enter my password + 2FA then verify via an email confirmation. This way, it is safe like how the exchanges work

Yeah I hear you and I agree, however the 2FA should be more than enough without any extra email confirmations (If they have access to your 2FA they'll more than likely have your email as well)..

Haha. For a moment, I forgot that both the email and the 2FA are on the phone. Yeah. 2FA will be good enough. Just make it mandatory each time a withdrawal is requested for a brand new wallet addresss

Even if the claim is not legit but at least NLNico suggests us to change password which is very good suggestion in order to prevent something bad (just in case what he think is true). We should be thankful because he remind us to do the best thing to do.
Lets wait for the representative of Fortunejack to comment or wait the update from "FortuneJackScam".
