FortuneJack is denying my last withdrawal acusing me of multiple accounts and bonus abuse, i just have one account, but because i have used a VPN, which was confirmed by support was fine to do, they are refusing to pay me linking me to other accounts that probably used the same VPN software, i even lost money adding all my deposits lost, and in my last deposit i won win my own money, not used their bonus, this in very unfair practice for fortunejack and i recommend not to use them as they search excuses for not paying

Im one of the people that will make another account on the site whenever I come back to the site in around two weeks or more. I tend to forget about the site and even the account that I registered with however in this case, the account is not really abusing anything so thats the correct thing to do. Not really flexible but it is the right thing that they should do

This two accounts-type issue actually happened to me as well upon trying to withdraw, but in the end I was able to keep my main account and the other was deleted. I basically explained I made the original account a long time ago and that I forgot it existed, so I made a new account on the site, and apparently that was a legitimate response and they actually let me keep my new account.
As veleten stated above, the ToS you apparently breached was having multiple accounts.

judging by the screenshot,you were asked to choose one of the accounts to keep
a trick question,but you kind of confessed to having two accounts and asked to keep the one you were playing on and to close the second one
so support gladly obliged and closed BOTH quoting breach of their TOS

So, they won't give me an explaination why they closed my Account, no ToS was broken, I'd say, stay far away from this site, regards.
Seems on email they asked you which to choose alive but on chat, they ask the same + request verification which I think isn't what they need (How much did you withdraw?).
Wish you success, they aren't scammers and I think your problem will be solved. You did great job by posting here (more attantion from staff).

On the 8th of March, I was betting on FortuneJack, suddenly my account gets logged out, and moments later I get an email from [email protected] telling me that someone has made a withdrawal, which I ofcourse denied and told them to cancel it immidietely. I will show you the screeenshots of our Email conversation here.

They asked me what account I'd like to keep, and I explained and told them I'd like to keep the one I was only playing on, right after that, within minutes, my account gets blocked, no response at all from Fortunejack, and they refused to give any explanations.
I tried for days contactnig them on live support, finally I get some response. and here it goes:

I don't think they have any such limitations. At least I didn't see any such mention in their announcement. The winner will be chosen based on the impact analysis as per what the admin said. So you are welcome to join the competition. Also I welcome you to join their discord channel to keep yourself updated with any new announcement. The discord link is in my signature.

Four years and going strong. Glad to see such a strong player in the field still innovating and catering to their customer base.

Agreed, fortunejack has not provided the terms. Will the winners be randomly selected? Or the right fundamental analyst?
As from above quote from one of our mate we can still participate into this by creating an account today,it is not a harder job though so you need to try it by creating an account now.And as he said the winner will be selected by the impact of the tweet so you tweet need to have more comments to get selected I think.
