This could be quite easily dealt with since most of the dice sites I visit do not allow hyper-text links (displaying websites of any kind due to phishing links and players clicking on those unknown redirectws) to be shown in their chat areas.
I am pretty sure their moderators would have this option available to prohibit these links from being displayed there if they wanted too. Grin
Non of links in chat are clickable and whatever is posted there can't be copy/pasted including BTC addresses, I am not sure why some guys are so persistent.
Chat moderator is required to remove all these beggars, spammers and players which are shouting scam, with clean chat people could run nice conversations and tip each other.

Speaking off tips, is there any chance to lower minimum tip amount to 0.0001btc?

Could you answer the question that I asked about since Im not really familiar with the chat moderators in fortunejack? Is the moderators employee of fortunejack or some people that got hired from the community? If it is the community then probably getting some more wont really hurt the site as it will give more benefit to it

looks like fortune jack chat is only for referral links Sad not good. Whenever i login and join chat i only see referral links there nothing else.

At first I thought this post bears no relation to reality because I visit FJ chat from time to time and although there is not much activity there, people share their stats mostly, I wouldn't say the chat box is full of referral links only. But today indeed it is true. A user, dejavuu777 has spammed the box with dozens of ref links for some scammy looking Bitcoin Cloud Mining site. I checked his profile and he looks like a decent player with 771 BTC wagered, so I'm wondering whether his account was hacked or he just got drunk and then logged in in the FJ chat. Smiley
Sadly the chatting box of FortuneJack is lightly moderated. Which means users can freely send their referral links without someone issuing them a warning. This could be fix if FortuneJack later seen this as a problem, but I don't think it is directly affecting the gaming experience of the members. Also we cannot prove someone's account has been hack because he keeps posting/spamming referral links to the chat box.

Probably time for fortunejack to hire more moderators from the community? Im not sure about this but is the moderators from the community or from the fortunejack employee? Would be much better if it is from the community, all other gambling site hire moderators from their community well not really hired but kinda like dedication to the site

I agree, hiring moderators from the established community is the best option. It is pretty hard and takes a lot of time for complete strangers to become fully acquainted with the situation inside a gambling site. Old members, on the other hand, have been familiar with the situation for years. They can spot an abuser or a scammer with much less effort than would be required from newly hired staff members.

I just want to note I had to reset my password today for some reason.

I'm 95% sure I typed to right password a couple of times.

I use the same password all the time for my FJ account.
Reset it, everything is fine, balance intact.

Dunno, what could of caused this o.o

You have been asking to reset your password or you just want to share your personal issue about what happened after you reset your password. I do not know why you need to reset your password if there is 2FA protection, because what I know 2FA is the best security ever to protect your account

Do you have any plans to make the mobile version get better than what you have now? It is now hard to load the games on mobile browser especially to load the games under the slots category. I can only see some slots from endorphina and gameart provider, I need to refresh many times before I can see other games.
I think you need to work on it, other sites which are not famous as Fortunejack even have a better both PC and mobile version. So I hope it can be improved as soon as possible.

Didnt you get their email? something about things being compromised or such, havent heard of anyone that lose any fund but that is probably what causing it. I tried to login into my account but I cant as well, either that they asked me to reset it a well or that I forgot what I put into my account as password because I havent logged in yet
I think everyone got that email due to that some people claiming that they have hacked the database of the FJ that is the reason everyone need to change the password and enable 2FA to secure our account. But I think no one complained about their lost funds but this may happen if that database was compromised. But nothing happened yet(I think).

Hi FJ admin. I am glad that i have received the 9 btc withdrawal last week but there is still one pending withdrawal of 64 XMR that has been pending since 5th April. It has been over 8 days and i still have no updates on this 64 xmr withdrawal. Support also did not follow up on this withdrawal since last spoken. Any FJ admin can follow up on this matter here?

Happy we chatted about this personally and solved this issue. Welcome on board cryptonoter, always happy to have a player like you on site.

Today I logged in without any problems and I can say that the FJ site works fine for me. The dice as fast as always which is good because you need that speed when hunting the Jackpot (almost 5 BTC at the moment). There were many of 1x.xx and 2x.xx sequential rolls, but nothing better than that. Making 100 satoshis bets I know that I only have a chance to win 20% of the Jackpot, but still 1 BTC is a good prize too, so I will keep hunting the beast. Smiley

Metawin.com - Truly the best casino ever
Hi, dear Community,

As you may have read on the forum, there was a minor attack on our service recently, and some of the mostly outdated sources were stolen from our archives. We have been making a complete revision of the issue and can firmly state that sources are old and mean nothing for now.

However, the hacker is still speculating with data and tries to blackmail our company. Sadly for him and greatly for us, we have amazing news:

WE ARE LAUNCHING A NEW WEBSITE THIS WEEK.

THE IRRELEVANT DATA HACKER HAS TAKEN WILL BE EVEN MORE IRRELEVANT, AS NEW WEBSITE RUNS ON WHOLE NEW SOURCE.

We are currently running an investigation, involving several governmental officials in various European countries and also private companies specializing in the crime of this nature. We have decided to make final results of investigation transparent and report will also be posted on BTC TALK.

However, even we are in full control of this situation and can assure our players your funds and wallets are safe as always, we kindly recommend you to change passwords on your FJ accounts and set 2FA, to be sure that you are the only one that can access your account.

Our media advisors and experts believe that spite of our recent success motivated this attack. FortuneJack is successfully becoming a global brand, our visibility in a worldwide crypto community grows on a daily basis. We are stronger than ever; sadly this also attracts lots of envious and jealous eyes.

Cases like this only motivate us to continue moving forward and building an online casino that is created by players for players.

Best Regards,
Jack.
In new website you mean renewed fortunejack and not new domain, am I right? (new engine, template and etc?).
You have to work on security hardly, date or usability of stolen data doesn't matters, it means there is a hole which needs to be filled.
You guys run a good casino and hope this will really make you more stronger and motivated. Wish you success but that attemp from opponents are the dirtiests thing in business.
