Yes, the site is up and running again, however yesterday i maded 3 withdrawals that were processed almost instantly, and then at nigth (CET time)  i made a 4th withdrawal that has not yet processed (almost the same ammount as previous withdrawals), is anyone having problems with delayed withdrawals recently ?

I just requested a withdrawal few minutes ago and I can confirm that I received it to my wallet instantly as always. Probably the downtime makes your withdrawal takes a bit longer, but no need to worry as you will get it as soon as possible. I just noticed that the live chat is back but I'm not sure if it is working, so you can try to use it for better respond.

Hi, dear Community,

As you may have read on the forum, there was a minor attack on our service recently, and some of the mostly outdated sources were stolen from our archives. We have been making a complete revision of the issue and can firmly state that sources are old and mean nothing for now.

However, the hacker is still speculating with data and tries to blackmail our company. Sadly for him and greatly for us, we have amazing news:

WE ARE LAUNCHING A NEW WEBSITE THIS WEEK.

THE IRRELEVANT DATA HACKER HAS TAKEN WILL BE EVEN MORE IRRELEVANT, AS NEW WEBSITE RUNS ON WHOLE NEW SOURCE.

We are currently running an investigation, involving several governmental officials in various European countries and also private companies specializing in the crime of this nature. We have decided to make final results of investigation transparent and report will also be posted on BTC TALK.

However, even we are in full control of this situation and can assure our players your funds and wallets are safe as always, we kindly recommend you to change passwords on your FJ accounts and set 2FA, to be sure that you are the only one that can access your account.

Our media advisors and experts believe that spite of our recent success motivated this attack. FortuneJack is successfully becoming a global brand, our visibility in a worldwide crypto community grows on a daily basis. We are stronger than ever; sadly this also attracts lots of envious and jealous eyes.

Cases like this only motivate us to continue moving forward and building an online casino that is created by players for players.

Best Regards,
Jack.
An unregulated crypto gaming site that takes players from the US is working hand-in-hand with government agencies on this? That i HIGHLY doubt. Really looking forward to seeing this communication with interpol being posted.

Jump in discord with the following link: https://discord.gg/TyvRCgy , There's an active support agent there that you can talk to if you have any issues. I'm not sure on making multiple withdraws in a short time span (it should not be an issue but still). Give it a few hours.

In the FJ discord chat the Support account mentioned that there would be a short downtime for maintenance. Nothing to worry about (maybe it is related to the new website release?) and it appears to be up and running again. All good guys, continue playing Cheesy

WHY THE WEBSITE IS DOWN Huh??
ANYONE CAN EXPLAIN Huh?

Is anyone else having trouble reaching the fortunejack.com site right now?? I'm keep getting a 522 Time out Error on all my devices.

Yes, i have the same problem, as it is a response from Cludflare, an anti DDos protection service, maybe they are being attacked rigth now, if anyone is being able to access the site, please inform here, Ddos attacks are dangerous and i am a little worried because i have funds in the site.
I think the downtime was temporary. I'm able to access the site right now.

I went to the fortunejack website the other day just to see if my old account worked and it was very quick to respond when I went to through the log in process.
But now today I just tried and it is taking along to load.

After about 2 minutes I received a response from the website:
Connection timed out
The initial connection between Cloudflare's network and the origin web server timed out. As a result, the web page can not be displayed.

With the cloudflare information containing my ip address and my isp location.
It did have the fortunejack backdrop all in black with the logo at the top right of the screen.
So I know it was a a legitimate redirection page.
This is just to let everyone else who is questioning about if it is down completely or if it is just their connection.

Theres no need to panic yet servers would goes online again. Just give them sometime. All players do have the same problem not only yours.

What happened?
The initial connection between CloudFlare's network and the FortuneJack web server timed out. As a result, the web page can not be displayed.

Servers are down.

Talking about funds, theres nothing to worry about ,yet cold or hot wallet cant really be accessed.

Edit: FJ is online once again

Meh.
Just have visited the site and found out that the Jackpot in the dice game is down from 6.2 BTC to 4.9 BTC

which means that someone hit the desired sequence with the Bet ≥ 0.000001 BTC but below 0.0001 BTC and won 20% of the Jackpot. Congrats to the winner!

I've succeeded with only 3 in a row so far, 1x.xx, 2x.xx, 3x.xx. but I'm not losing my hope. Smiley

Nice catch! And that's pretty cool, hopefully it was someone that just got incredibly lucky with a few bets (love when that happens). I'm in the same boat as you, 3 in the row is the highest I've come but then again I do not play dice all that often.. I'll be rooting for you, let me know if you manage to hit the 4.9BTC Cheesy

There's no reason you shouldn't have 2FA in the first place unless you don't have a phone. People have been begging to get 2FA on Bitcointalk to prevent account theft since I joined the site in early 2015; it's absolutely great that Fortunejack offers 2FA for account security. Even if you're absolutely sure your password is secure, always enable 2FA. It's a great last line of defense to stop anyone that wants to get into your account, and if you write down the backup code for Google (or basically any other 2FA application) 2FA and store it in a safe place, unless you lose the code and your phone there's no way you'll lose access to

How 2FA security works

I have a question FJ admin, is it necessary to use 2FA for the security? what if I have a different password for every website and each password consists of (A-Z, 0-9 & Special symbols ) Plus the password is of 30+ characters. If the hacker got access to the database then changing password is a must.

Why do you need to ask this kind of question? When there is an extra protection why dont you put it on? I do not see it as some disadvantage when you can out 2FA, it is not that hard to make an extra layer of protection to protect your account. Last time I have been hacked here just because of not using 2FA, it is just 0.04 btc but yes it is still some money. And after I put 2FA, it is good to go

Today I successfully logged in to my FJ account and changed my password. But then I thought maybe my password wasn't changed and since google remembered a password I could login successfully, but I wasn't sure about what password is used, the old one or the new one. So I inspected the source to perform this known trick for viewing a password hidden behind asterisks or dots:

In case you don't know this, you have to type text instead of password in this part
Code:
input type="password"
and your password becomes visible.

While doing this I've got 3 warning messages:

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://fortunejack.com/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image 'http://static.egamings.com/games//quickspin/sakura_fortune.jpg'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.

I'm no coder so I don't know whether this is important, but I thought I should probably report it considering the current situation.

Oh, no worries there. That's a standard login form that is similar to any other login feature from FortuneJack to Facebook.

But thank you for notifying and being cautious <3

What was leaked exactly?

Email? Most likely
Usernames? Most likely
Passwords? Most likely
2fa recover codes? Not likely

What about your fortinejackpartner affiliate site?

Was anything leaked from that separate server? Usernames? Emails? Passwords?

Oh, do not go this far adaseb Smiley)

Most relevant and priceless info that was leaked is a secret receipt of a pasta our affiliate manager makes every last Thursday of the month.

and some shameful selfies in our major office mirror as well.

This one is really frustrating ((

If fund is still in tact that means the only thing that got stolen is email and probably username. If someone has access to your account through stolen password that would be shit. However 3 days ago someone tried to get into my 'crypto' exchange by using my email but put in wrong password several times and got my account locked, I wonder if this is connected

* I wont say the crypto exchange name for security

Or the perpetrator might also have the user's passwords but due to high encryption he/she can't access the accounts.
I'm sure Fortunejack have put a secure way to prevent cracking and definitely don't save naked passwords.
If naked password did happen then we would see lots of users complaining into this thread about that matter. For now i havent seen complaining about compromise or losing funds which means theres really a high encryption.
