After being on the receiving end of delayed withdrawal I think I can add some insight. Most staff should be active during your busiest time. The weekend? Withdrawals should be processed 90%+ less than 3 hours 99%+ less than 24 hours. If you have been around 5 years you should have a process that is optimal for security and keeping the high valued customers playing. After being on the receiving end of delayed withdrawal I think I can add some insight. Most staff should be active during your busiest time. The weekend? Withdrawals should be processed 90%+ less than 3 hours 99%+ less than 24 hours. If you have been around 5 years you should have a process that is optimal for security and keeping the high valued customers playing. I only read about the 99 LTC guy but I'm sure there are others that won't be coming back. good luck.

Wont you consider that staff/support are just humans too? They do need to have a break when it comes to weekends which i would say we should put into consideration.FJ might have some flaws or issues of delays but for a various reason.They are here for quiet sometime and they have prove out that their service is one of the best but cant really avoid that there should really some changes regarding into its withdrawal matters since people are already complaining mostly about this.
