After being on the receiving end of delayed withdrawal I think I can add some insight. Most staff should be active during your busiest time. The weekend? Withdrawals should be processed 90%+ less than 3 hours 99%+ less than 24 hours. If you have been around 5 years you should have a process that is optimal for security and keeping the high valued customers playing. I only read about the 99 LTC guy but I'm sure there are others that won't be coming back. good luck.

Maybe you can actually write what is going on and perhaps show something that can help Fortunejack in helping you out? Rather than coming in here acting like a little kid.

If that guy is really serious to get his money back then he would have posted at least his fortunejack user ID in that post for the support team to check. Otherwise how to check his accusation so it looks to me a fake accusation.

If he really wants help then like you said he has to post at least a proof that his money got stuck in FJ account then someone can help his issue to solve.

That's right the team can easily help him from this issue if this person have some proofs regarding to his claimed, and also to easily trace what is causing the problem, fortune jack team is always here to assist especially David he can see if this claimed is serious or just another story without any evidence.

As far as I know there are talks about lowering minimum bets, and I agree, they are currently a bit high. As for the altcoin bets being converted, I get what you are saying but is it really an issue? IMO it makes it all easier, you can see that you have 100mBTC but it is in your currency so all good in the end (IMO)

Yup, i can see that i have 100 mBTC in my currency but the rate is too low. for the example - if i can exchange 10 000 doge to the 20 mbtc , on the FJ the rate is 30 - 20 % lower. that scares.
