Will there be similar promotions in bitcointalk? I kinda missed when there is a good promotions in games and rounds section but I dont think fortunejack going to promote it here because it can be easily abused with tons of account. I dont really use reddit so I might be skipping this one and wait for another

I do not even own a reddit account, so I support you to ask FJ to make similar promotion here in bitcointalk. I'm sure it will get much more entries and FJ can be so confused to choose the winner lol. Related to abusers, I think FJ can handle it with some requirements which means not all members are eligible to join the promo.

Relating to the abuse, it is hard to make restriction like X rank of account can join . That is probably because there are alot of people that play on fortunejack doesnt have a high rank account in here. We havent seen such promotions in bitcointalk lately from fortunejack isnt it? Or do I missed same kind of promotions here?
They once held a promotional video competition which actually didn't run smoothly but finished it promptly and yeah as you've said it would be complicated to limit the promo for certain member, but there's no harm to give it a try soon however  Cheesy , should we create a breakthrough promotion here for the loyal players?

I find withdrawals wagering requirements ridiculous to be honest, but each site has its own rules,

If you don't read rules before depositing money then it is your fault.

It is similar to Bitler bans accounts when they profited from a faucet because that is their rules.

I agree with you, people always just check the "I agree" box and then get mad when they break or don't understand the rules..

But bitsler banning accounts that profited from faucets, really? Did not know that Cheesy
Well, it's in their ToS. If someone never deposit and play only from faucet they can ban player.
If I recall someone was abusing their faucet with large number of multi accounts gaining positive edge against them.

I believe you're talking about bitselr issue. If someone is always playing with free money means it is not players mistake but it is admin mistake because he doesn't know how to control his faucet claim system. They should limit all faucet users claims and once they allow means then you shouldn't ban accounts. They shouldn't allow faucet claims once a user reaches certain free claims until they deposit money.

Nope, you are wrong, bitsler put their faucet normally of course for betting purpose but to abuse it everyday is not really good way to bet and that is why they limit on how much they should claim everyday. In the mean time if in some period of time they do not make any deposit and keep on abuse it then their account will be banned

I believe FJ have this regulations too right? I do not think any site want their site to be abused on players that do not even put any deposit once to start gambling.

FJ gives faucet money only to play a dice game and for other games, they don't give faucet money. But we never hard that anyone accounts are banned or withdrawals are withheld just because they didn't deposit money.
Each gambling site do have different decision when it comes to these abuse but commonly they are really preventing it to become more worst. Banning or not as long they are aware on the possibility of  abuse then they do know on what are the things must supposed to do.Cheaters will be always present no matter what the cost as long they can able to get money without any investment.

Which isn't really hard to do.

not hard if dice bets were counted towards the wagered
they are not,so if you deposit to play dice, you won't be able to withdraw
or be forced to play other games you are not interested in to meet the wagering requirement
this is why FJ will lose many of its dice only players,if hasn't already

Some people or even most of us wont be reading term of service, I do think that it will be much fairer if there is a pop up notification or some sort of warning about having the wagering requirement for withdrawals. By doing this then there is no reason for people to complain anymore as it is not "hidden"

I have to confess, I don't read rule during sign up.  I do not know, for me its too long to read and am very excited to log in or play.  But once I decided to deposit an amount, that is when I search for the possible rules and regulation regarding a certain stuff, like claiming and withdrawing bonuses, withdrawal stuff and even the wagering requirement for each bonuses.  that works for me but I advice to read them before clicking check the terms and agreement and pressing submit.

The reason why most gambling sites want you to use an email is incase you lose access to the account.

Many sites want you to be able to gamble right away and give you instant deposits and no account creation. Basically a private key is generated as a secret URL and it's linked to your account.

Issue with this is if you lose this URL. Either your computer crashes or you lose your phone and then you are out of luck.

Well, you have the option to add your e-mail usually, you just have to go to the settings.
It's required now on FJ though.

i think the wagering requirements are for deposits who uses a bonus code.

i withdraw all the time no problem.

FJ has been solid for 4 years. i've been here from the start. if they were scamming i would not still bet there/

and guess what. i bet there everyday Cool

There's an x2 wagering requirement for all deposits actually.
Which isn't really hard to do.

Hi,

i would say to all... everything's ok! Issue solved.

I wish to thanks to David and Lite. All my funds are in my new account.

I never doubted the seriousness of FJ.

Single snag when they answered me online that there was no account with the email provided... :O  but everything quickly resolved.

Good to know that all your issue had been resolved, David, as usual did a great work resolving issues.

Theres no doubt on that thing which Fortunejack wont really be here as of these days if they dont have the capability on resolving issues towards into its users and providing good service to its players. This is why im glad to be part of the team which promote this site.

I believe the problem just need a proper communication, and with David around, there is no doubt the problem will be solved in a short period of time as long as the withdrawal does not violates any rules and regulation of FJ.
There are 3 ways on how to contact or to address the problem. #1 direct support from site #2 ask in thread and signature members will either follow up David (community manager) or might have the idea or knowledge to help directly.  #3 Direct DM with David(Bct account or Discord). Speaking with his performance hes always been nice and approachable as long you havent done something wrong or illegal in the site and can show valid proofs then theres nothing to worry about.
