Yeah it should be done checking emails on whatever the problem is, I have also experienced the delayed stuff, so I went to the support and inquire, they told me to check my email, and when I openned it, the instruction and details are on it, sent about the same time when I did the transaction LOL. So it was really my mistake of not checking my email, if I did, I do not have to wait several hours since the email from FJ were sitting in my email unchecked for 7 hours. That was my fault there and lesson learned Grin

I'm sad wagering requirement for deposits doesn't work on dice anymore
I play dice most of the time on FJ (played,that is)
and now it seems that I will never be able to withdraw since dice games are not counted towards the wagering requirement
