ch6ris screenshot clearly shows I have won 100mbtc. But was told Jacks race prizes have been reduced from 100 mBTC to 10 mBTC

ch6ris So i only won 0.01 instead of 0.1 (100mbtc) which the game says i won

ch6ris I would like to sort this out with out making any sort of complaint. I don't want to be rude. but can you see where I am coming from?
The game clearly said congratulations you have won 100mbtc only to be paid 10mbtc
that's a whoping 90% difference.
Carrie I understand, but the prize has been changed till 10 mBTC from 100 mBTC, so each winner is credited with such amount

Carrie No, this was decision of administration. And the prize has been changed.

I would like to suggest Fortunejack to give the full prize 0.1btc, it is not professional to change the prize without prior notice. It may makes Fortunejack loyal players thinks that there will be another sudden changes on the site without prior notice in the future which is not good for the players. Can the representative tell us when the exact time of the change on this luckyjack promo? Is this is the first winner who make complain?
