Your "fortunejack" promotion is anything but transparent and is a complete sham. Your support staff is also very rude. Just my 2 cents.
Just wanted to reiterate my feelings about the "LuckyJack"* promotion (mistyped as "fortunejack promotion" in my original post.) My name was drawn a few months back at a time when I was completely unaware that said "LuckyJack" promotion was even going on, so I unfortunately didn't end up clicking the "Try Luck" button on that day - I was made aware of the promotion and the fact that my name was drawn in an email of "today's winners" that Fortunejack had sent me in the early AM the following morning (FJ server time.)
I attempted to plead my case in the hopes of FJ still allowing me to claim my win (100mbtc), even went so far as to submit a complain on AskGamblers, but I was only met with rude responses from the so-called "Community Manager" aka Natalie, as well as FJ's live chat reps and I was ultimately denied.
I felt that I had a pretty good argument and made several valid points, yet from the very beginning, FJ treated me like utter garbage - as though I had somehow been attempting to "scam" them in some way.

I never really had any other issues with FJ in the limited amount of time I had played there, but it's because of the whole LuckyJack ordeal I went through and the terrible treatment I received, that I likely will never play at FJ again.
