Since, each time you withdraw to a different address they contact you to make sure it was you who made the withdrawal.

I think you are behaving a bit strange. You come up here from nowhere with your 9BTC withdraw that you have been "too busy" for one month to care about? And now after this one month of silence and not caring you are extremely stressed to resolve it and get the funds NOW?. I don't know man.

you don't know. yes. you are paid by fortunejack to post so your post are biased. the 9 bitcoins is real and they haven't paid me. if they don't pay me they might not pay you too.

My posts are not biased because if you were to take a look at my history you'd see that I've publicly questioned FJ here on this forum.

I've played on FJ since 2014 and I've never had any issues. I've heard of people that were having some minor ones but they usually got resolved quickly.

I had one payout of 3.7 BTC once and it took a little more than 24 hours to confirm from their end as I guess when it reaches a certain amount compared to how much you usually deposit and gamble they'll have to manually look in to it. Now in your case many things could have gone wrong, they might have tried to reach you, have you used the correct email?

yes. [email protected]. where is david? where is my reply? where is my money? start asking these questions and stop attacking the victim and I won't call you biased.

The representative should be able to handle this issue. No matter how long of his silence no matter what the reasons of being silence, it should be treated well. As what I said previously, FJ should be able to inform players when there is something wrong with the withdrawal immediately without waiting player's complain.  

And since we are only listening to one side of the story (the guy posting in here) we don't know the entire situation. You should not just instantly believe someone that write out something on a forum. Wait for FJ to give their response, I'm sure they are working on it.

Are you sure about that? That they contact you when you withdraw to a new address? I've done withdrawls to several different addresses without any issue and I've never had to confirm through email or something. Maybe I'm trusted enough, not sure haha.

so  the case of withdrawal on hold for 1 month are not yet solved till today? how about this fj , would you respond on this and explain in public later? so everything could be clear and not become a bad view for public. the claim of 1 month waiting large amount of bitcoin without any notification/contact are really annoying ( i was once in that position btw ) and not a good way to handle the problem , i would like to hear the reason publicly to make things clear and transparent , goodluck erkans.

FJ had been great in their on-site support, especially when you contacted them directly, I had experience delayed in withdrawal several times but I always experience a prompt answer from them, probably your case is one of the rare cases that FJ needs to have you followed them up to make sure that it is really the right person they are dealing with.  It work best for your interest I think, since if it was a hacker then, he already gotten your money.

I remember hearing or reading something about that too.. But not sure if they decided to go full force on the promotions and raffles and all that instead. I think I like the promotions more than a loyalty program actually. Depends on how big of a gambler you are I guess Cheesy.
