Your CS agent ALEXANDER is poorly trained. I made a deposit along with claiming my monthly bonus. The bonus didn't go thru, so i contacted CS to have them to manually credit it; Or to allow me to withdrawal and redeposit again hopefully the bonus may retrigger. ALEX told me he couldn't manually credit it nor CAN I redeposit because it was only for the first deposit, and IF I WANTED TO WITHDRAWAL I "HAD" TO WAGER 5X. But instead he's telling me what I can and CAN NOT to with my OWN money.

Is that the deposit bonus that you have to enter certain code to activate?
A CS rep should never tell a customer what he can and what he cannot do with it, instead he could have offered a different promotion or educate customer about possible reason why bonus did not activate.
He may need to have contacted his supervisor or manager who may have a solution to the problem.

Also, they confirmed that if you can't withdraw your coins before temporary withdrawals come in place then they are ready to compensate your losses as well.
