LOL, you Fortunejack signature carriers really need to quit sucking FJ's D!ck. FJ has tons a problems and it all starts with their poor CS training. I had issue with ETH withdrawal not to long ago and lost money when i finally did received it. CS act like they were just as dumb as the day they were trained.

Sorry about the trouble you are facing with FJ right now but they've had issues before and none in my knowledge is ever unresolved though, some may have taken sometime.

Funny opinion, how can people be eliminated from this forum just because they defends what they like? Not all people who defends a site is a shill, you cant judge like that. Issues my exist in all casinos, once it existed then there will be pro and con. Some people support the site because they believe that it will be solved and some other people will say otherwise. we are not sure what exactly you are facing problem in FJ. I am seeing this site from many years, and they have a good support team, and they can respond to players queries as soon as possible. Sometimes it happens in all casino sites we should understand their problem also they want to support many players like you so to reach you they may take some time, but they can help you to solve your issue. Still, you don't like FJ then better switch to another site.

If you had problems here again and again, why do you still play here? Heres a timeline of what just happened this week up to today:


They advertised heavily for Booming Games and offers 75% bonus.

I was enticed by this off and deposited and lost my real balance so ended with the 75% bonus which was .038~

I played Booming Games and got free spins on a game but it froze/crashed and wouldn't load after that.

I reported the issue immediately on live support; they responded that was previously known and reported by plenty.
So I asked why they have not made an announcement about it and disabled the games;to which they didnt respond.
Then I was told it would be fixed soon and that any free spins or bonuses won on Booming Games (as the bonus is limited to only Booming Games) would be credited after they fix the well known issue.

So I ended with:

20% extra bonus balance OR 25 free spins on the worse Pragmatic Games available at MINIMUM bet.

So they went baited players, went back on their promises assuring we would get the free spins/bonuses won, and then simply resetting bonus balance+wager requirements amounted along with a "compensation" that is obviously not fair.

With the bet amounts I won on each of the games I listed above; chances are I would've made a decent win with those 60 free spins.

But no; they wouldnt fix anything and I had to go with their only offer.


I then won around 7 mbtc on the 25 free spins that were "compensation" for the trouble HA! Guess what? it didnt credit and I had to bug em about it to get it.

So its clear how this casino functions; by bait and switch and ripping of users. Have you even read whats been happening? Its all on the thread; they went back on their promises and it was simply bait from the start.

If they really do not care about their players, logically they wont give any responses but in fact they give an answer as fast as they can and as I know they will always fix any issues.

Go back and look at most of my posts on this thread. This casino has been nothing but problems after problems. They really do not care about its players...
