It's a good thing that negative balance won't be carried over to next month. i remember a guy complaining about  his cloudbet negative affiliate income which carried over months to about 52 BTC.

I have contacted our affiliates manager and they have confirmed that your earnings, at some point, can go negative if your referral wins.
About 25% fee - It was a small technical problem which is now fixed so you do not have to worry about it anymore.

Yes, we do agree and we would love to provide our players with ETA on Poker Room, but some parts need an additional confirmation, as it is not an easy process.

It has been too long imho, ETA when it will be relaunched will be a good for FJ players. Waiting without any clear informations is not really good. I do believe that FJ's developer is professional so I think it should not take too long time if they are really working on it to make it better.

Those 2 games will be back, but not sure when.

Afaik it is gone since long time ago,  long time before the gone of the poker game.  Probably the game got low traffic and not really worth to manage.

Basically if you didn't get your login/pass is most likely because 3 months ago (or so) I was getting emails from the affiliate department to submit my URLs where I advertise their site. This email actually ended up in my spam folder, I am surprised I caught it.

So that's most likely why you didn't get your new credentials, however your old affiliate URL is still registering signups, just not the clicks. So you are not losing any revenue and shouldn't worry.

Take it to live support, they'll help you better. btw is your withdrawal large?

He said he got a pm (or more?) from someone who actually sent a phising link by claimed "Hey, i replied to your post.... " then they post their phising link. Don't ever to try click their link. Me too, i got 2 pm's from strangers who i never talking with them before.

Is it you clicked those links provided in their post and given your user id and passwords?

There are many incidents already happened and still people clicking on these links. I too received one message from newbie account in English but it was a too long message and I just deleted without even reading it.

true , the new platform seems a little bit complicated. i even haven't following up my affiliate account. i really feel better to receive the affiliate payout automatically just like the previous program. so maybe if i didn't make a re-registeration for the affiliate account , my referral earning would just gone? or would be deferred until i completing the account re-registration?

Nice, means that your earning is more than 0.1 last month? To be honest, I actually prefer with the previous system which I can get the payment directly to my FJ account on 5th every month.

Because these guys know that can't hack any of these reputed sites so easily, so they will come up with these tricks. But even it has happened many times still some people fall for these tricks. That's why these hackers come up with new methods and offer deals to attract people and make them enter their user id and passwords on those fake sites. Also, it is good practice no to give same passwords for all sites and if you can enable your extra security features like 2fa to protect your accounts.

For everybody wondering about the affiliate program. I just got my payment for April and there was NO 25% fee.

SO its all good.
