Sorry for the late reply, it's been insanely busy in FortuneJack headquarters this week :)
I have noted all of your questions about affiliates along with usernames you have sent to me and contacted our affiliates manager personally. Currently waiting for their answer, will let you know exactly as soon as I have a reply from them.
It's been removed quite a while ago. Exchange feature is no longer available because of the issues with currency conversion. I will try to find out if we are going to return it sometime soon.
Unfortunately, there still is no ETA, but it is getting close to the end and Poker Room will be back very soon.

I think they have removed it at the same time when they launched the new affiliate program. I'm not really sure about it, so you can always ask live support if it is an urgent information for you. I'm sure they will give faster answer through the live support.
Thanks for the information. When I logged in that time their support team was not around and they ask me to send a support ticket. I thought here many members should be knowing it and may get a quick answer. Don't know why they removed that feature?

No site does that.... Do you know if they also take the loyalty bonus they give the VIP's and preferred members out of the commission? I think they do, which the affiliate has no control over when and how much.

That code means the country associated with your IP is not allowed access as far as i'm aware (its a limitation imposed by microgaming rather than fortune jack).

Is anybody here experience an error when playing mega moolah? I always received this kind of error code saying that I must screen shot it and send it to the support. I tried in different gadgets in my house and company but still give me same result. So anybody here had solve this kind of problem? Thanks in advance for those who will help me. I really want to try mega moolah since the last time I played it is on cloudbet.

Looking at the new FortuneJackPartners. When I go to Request Payment, it says the withdraw fee is 25%. Is this a typo?
So if I withdraw 1BTC, 0.25BTC will be the withdraw fee alone?
i saw that tooo this must be a mistake because FAQ says something differentSo if I withdraw 1BTC, 0.25BTC will be the withdraw fee alone?
I hope its a mistake, everywhere I read has said there are NO withdraw fees for affiliates. I was told they are looking into it.....

Yes I got that email also but I got that email last Thursday/Friday and looks like I still can't withdraw the affiliate earnings. Its stuck on pending since Friday. And the fee is 25%.
Hopefully Fortunejack can chime in and let us know what the withdraw fee will be?
