It's not the first time I've heard of this on FJ and I'm sure not the last but I am doubtful they won't eventually get that withdrawal processed. I agree more information should be given about the delays though. Give us an update when you know more!

You know I would have in the past been apt to agree and not have any problem with a delay in order to verify, that is until now.  First told by support 24 hours that was on Friday the 30th at 20:00 site time, then told 48 hours that was on Saturday night, it is now coming up on 72 hours and still nothing, not one email, not one phone call, not one chat initiated while I'm logged in (other then the chats I have initiated).  I can see 24 hours, even possibly 48 if a major issue, over 70 is just plain poor business practice and terrible customer support.  I even requested to speak to someone in management regarding this issue and was told "No" by support on chat.  When I stated I was filing a complaint and that I had posted my concerns on bitcoin-talk I was told that I was being threatening and then the support agent disconnected the chat and refused to answer any further attempts to make contact with her.  What kind of help desk model is that?  What kind of business leaves no way of escalating issues and resolving/repairing problems for 3 days when their business is open?  What kind of customer services tells a customer they may not speak to management regarding a issue and then refuses to even communicate with the customer because of false staements regarding threats?  What kind of business violates its own posted Terms & Conditions and implements a policy that is only known to exist by them and refuses to share any information regarding this non mentioned policy in any way with the customer who is being effected by it?  What type of business refuses to communicate with the customer in regards to the issue but instead appears to hide all information instead?  What kind of business advertises as a primary feature "Instant Withdrawals" but then does not do it?

I've been a loyal customer for over a year never complaining or reviewing how they take my funds when I consistently lost and they profited from me, now they decide to treat me poorly and delay and say nothing while violating their own sites rules.  My opinion of FotuneJack has been severely affected by this and how they have chosen to not handle it in the most extreme negative. I had BTC3 I was saving for when fortunejack apologised to this player and reassured bitcointalk that their withdrawal system has been fixed and all withdrawals will be process in under 24 hours, Now I will take my BTC to a sportsbook instead. I am annoyed because I like playing there, But gamblers need to stand for their rights and not accept being treated like rubbish!

Its not a garbage and im not biased im just stating on the situation that i have experience with them and might you are correct on some point that withdrawal process should not exceed 24 hours because they already claimed that they have fastest deposit and withdrawal.I dont know whats the real problem and as far as i know when i chat to their support they just say that they have maintenance,so where the bias on that? We couldnt do anything about it and Staff of FJ should really pay attention on this matter because people now are starting to complain on this issue.

This should be a wake up call for fortunejack, All these questions need to be answered. They really need to review their internal withdrawal policy and fix customer support, I logged in now to talk to live chat and they are not available.

I would really like them to fix these issues and start 2017 on a positive note.

You may get faster respons regarding your issue if you contact them with the live support feature. Their live support is one of the best live support among other bitcoin gambling sites.
Of course they wont be able to answer your question directly, because they will need to ask for the technical support to investigate your issue. If there is something wrong and you were losing some amount because of the issue then you will get your money back IMO.

Over 70 hours now.  Oh my that is funny seeing as they don't really have any staff.  Their servers are managed and hosted by a third party and the company that owns Fortune Jack (Nexus Group) is an investment group that has no actual employees but is a group of individual investors, of which I'm pretty sure also provide user support on the sites chat.  There are no physical offices that house any business operations for Fortune Jack, it is run completely remotely except for the servers utilized to host the site which is managed by a 3rd party hosting company in a data center in San Francisco.  They have no business phone number and no management structure or contacts except for a email of [email protected] (which would indicate an investment board who jointly makes shared decisions and approvals).  So where this fraud team comes from I have no Idea, kind of believe that they have implemented a policy that anything over a certain amount of BTC has to have all investors approval before being allowed and they can't get a hold of someone.  And that would be completely understandable but instead I get this crap story of being with a Fraud Team, that has no way of being contacted, that is no where mentioned on the site, and makes no attempts to contact me.

I have to agree, holiday weekends are major gambling times especially the end of the year.  Plus the win occurred two days ago on a business day, they advertise instant withdrawals and I appreciate in fact that they do make these checks as it keeps my funds safe and allows for everyone to continue to enjoy the site.  Don't tell me you have instant withdrawals though and don't tell me this is standard procedure when your site makes no mention of it anywhere at all.   Having support say that it's with Fraud Team, and they are verifying it, when in fact, they are not even there and nothing is being done to verify it at all and you have a policy in place that no withdrawal over a certain amount can be processed without certain people approving it and your Terms and Conditions make no reference to this policy is bad business.  I can tell there is no one there to allow the withdrawal because if it was being investigated someone would have contacted me, instead it is only me contacting them and getting the same canned response, by the same two people.  This is just bad business and poor customer service to not have proper coverage for these things.  if you add up all of my deposits over the last year the amount is rather large, I never abused the site, and have never complained about losing, nor tried to scam my funds back after losing, yet I am met with delays and half truths when I win fairly and have complied with all of the terms they set in place yet do not follow apparently.  themselves.

It has now been over 24 hours (about 30 hours) since I initiated a withdrawal from Fortune Jack in the amount of 14 btc.  When I processed the withdrawal I received a notification stating "Your Withdrawal Has Been Approved", however I soon realized it had not been approved and was listed as pending in my transaction record.  When I first asked what was causing the delay in an email with no response , I contacted support on the live chat where I was told that because of the amount that they needed at most 24 hours to verify everything was above board.  Seeing as this is a large amount of money , roughly $14,000 USD at the current exchange rate, I could understand the need to double check.  After about 12 hours, which is what one would normally expect for this type of review, I asked again on live chat if I could get an update and a possible estimate of when I could expect to have my withdrawal approved, I was then told by a different tech, Carrie, that there was no change and that instead of 24 hours I would need to wait up to 48 hours.  Today at roughly 23 hours past first processing the transaction I asked again for an update.  Anne the tech at the time informed me that there was no change and no way of contacting the fraud department in which it was being reviewed by.  My issue is that

1)  Fortune Jack claims to have instant withdrawal approvals.
2)  The only stipulation in the terms and conditions on the site states that if the amount is 100 btc or greater that Fortune Jack may spread out the payment over a 10 month period. 
3)  No one has even attempted to initiate any contact with me concerning this matter not by email or other means. 
4)  No one seems to be able to have the ability to establish contact with the Fraud Department. 
5)  No one can tell me what is causing the review to take this long, weather there is a some problem or not.
6)  There is no communication coming from this Fraud Department. 
7)  The majority of the winnings came from a single slot game, and 10 btc in a single spin, so investigating the games should be rather simple to verify if the game was malfunctioning or not. 
Cool  One would believe that if you were investigating an issue that you would ask some questions of the person involved, yet not a single question have I received.
9)  I have been a depositing member of this site for over a year, consistently depositing $25 - $50 plus a few times a month, only one other withdrawal that I recall, rarely coming out ahead.
10) They have have had no problem taking my money when I loose.
11) Now that I win, I seem to be getting a delay tactic to avoid paying what I won fairly.
12) I'm being told that what they are doing is a "standard procedure", yet, nowhere in their own terms and conditions, which are linked to on the website, is any such review mentioned in any way at all. 

I kept to my obligations under the terms and conditions yet they are not meeting theirs and all I'm getting is non answers.

There has been too many of these delays for average amount of wins from the site.
I say average because if you look at there promotions they are targeting high rollers that get a bonus upto BTC2, If they can't pay out in a few minutes a normal win then that is a problem!
There is no reason to take more than a few minutes when using bitcoin to process a withdrawal.

The customer support also needs be more transparent with their customers and establish contact when a win isn't sent withing a few minutes to explain why they are failing the customer!

It's not the first time I've heard of this on FJ and I'm sure not the last but I am doubtful they won't eventually get that withdrawal processed. I agree more information should be given about the delays though. Give us an update when you know more!

14 BTC is actually a high amount and probably that it needs to be double checked, plus boxx you know that today is holiday so their staff probably isnt working and it might take a while for them to check this thing however if you actually know alot of this had happened in the past then you know that in the end they will pay the winners as well , cheers  Smiley

I have seen alot of this scenario and you could even check about this in the thread as well. One thing that I can tell, if there is no fraud from your side then they will pay you, double checking if things are legit is a standard procedure and you know what 24-48 hours is actually counted as working days and today is public holiday so you might need to wait a bit more however in the end if you are legit then Fortunejack will pay you

Slot games are not so easy to win money unless you're very lucky. It looks like today your very lucky and can start a new year with good luck. As long as your not gambling every day then can enjoy these games whether we win or not. I usually bet on sports and play dice game but never tried slot games.
No i have way too many other expenses to gamble more than a couple of times a month and even then my deposits are only about 0.02btc max but mostly less.

Slots are hard to win at and they are probably the worst to gamble on for winnings odds wise but they do provide some small entertainment. Basically you just hope to hit something good within the first half of your bankroll then maybe some free games and your sure to at least double your money but things don't always go to plan  Tongue
