i have an experience pending withdrawal (security reason) , as long as i did not ask the support to look at my withdrawal they did not notice us anything. this may should be improved , fj should notice the player for any pending withdrawal/issue, it is important isn't it?
Sometimes this kind of thing is actually out of the control of the fortunejack staff. For example when the hot wallet is low on funds, fortunejack might not notice it unless until few people notify them about this. It is quite normal and even most sites around here is not aware when their hot wallet is running low

Looks like a bug appeared on the Fortune Slot. The payout column is showing 0.000000 for every bet even for winnings
