They wont be banning your account As long as you are playing along the rules then everything is cool. The site could lock your account incase you are trying to abuse the system or trying to claim bonuses multiple times so stay away from that kind of things and your account will be safe

I actually contacted them about changing the name on my account and was told that was not possible. Will see if I can find that email and will come back and paste it here.

Our cases are different, you change the username, I create a new account. Changing username means the casino will change some programs about the whole architecture, I am not the software expert, but i think it is much difficult.
Depends on the data structure, some sites' programs fix the username, but othera do not, that's why some can edit name while some others can't.

I tried to recover account but it shows user doesnt exist but creating another user with a same name show it does exist in system.

hi, op, is multi-account allowed in your site? I forgot my previous account and made another account, so is it sOK? Or will you confisticate/freeze my fund of new account?? 
I think it is allowed as long as you're not abusing referral system. If you know your email id then you can recover back your old account password quickly so why can't you try to recover old account details first instead creating a new account.
Thank you, i lost my money in this account, and forgot the password. Therefore I wanna try my new luck, so created the other account. i won't abuse the affiliate system.
