I don't like this change. Anonymity over security for me, so I won't use 2FA or e-mail address for confirmation. You have to opt out for users that don't want to reveal such info. It looks like we are forced to give personal information to withdraw our own coins.
We are trying to solve this problem with Natalie in live support.
I got my payment but I'm waiting for verification e-mail.
I'm not really sure what changes you are talking about because I did not see any differences. I made a withdrawal yesterday and it was instant without any verifications needed as usual.

Hi Adaseb, FortuneJack is undergoing scheduled maintenance, will be up shortly.
Just I checked and it is working fine without any issue. You may try after clearing your history or check your internet connection. I think, it was under maintenance for some time but it is working now.

I also changed my BTC address to withdraw funds then payment didn't receive for some time but after contacting live support they ask me to check email but after reply email got payment almost instant.

You guys really need to fix your site last 2 days been laggy as hell bet are delayed. Some how i just lost .15 again. Dont mind loosing its gambling but when you roll bets should not be delayed probably lost doubling my bet thinking i didn't roll reconnects and you login you should be able to see your bet history. Dont even know what i lost on. Then once you bust you get logged out and when you log back in there is no bet history I have 6,143,846 bets total for a profit of -0.74 btc while betting 79.78 btc Never had a issue with you guys before but i will play somewhere from now on. Think big part of problem is the damn guy who is spamming the chat room with the tips. I did contact support they told me to use a better browser and a faster connection lol been trying to do a test roll for last 15 minutes with no luck
i thought it is just me only , i do experience same problem too since monday i guess. especially on the binary trade game , everytime you bet it is feel like my bet holding for a couple secs.
this is bad really really bad if they did not pay attention on this. just hold on and wait for their confirmation what happened actually.

They do process payouts, but I have serious issues with the way fortunejack runs things.
I can't say much about their poker room since I haven't bothered to try it out since they refused to explain what the rules were. ( as far as I know, multi-accounting is permitted )
Keep in mind they process small withdraws automatically, which sounds like a positive thing, but it's not for the poker room. (Cheaters are able to cheat wit almost no risk of getting caught since they dont have to worry about any investigation before cashing out)
- Recently there was a guy who was at a few cash tables when something happened and all the money he had on the table vanished from his account. Last I heard he had been waiting months for a response. I'm not sure if he ever got one or not.
- You can read this thread about them running a promo that had 30 prizes worth 102BTC then paying out 0. 3 months after starting the thread, they claimed to split BTC3 between the entrants but then refused to share who they paid. I suspect they lied and only paid the players that they knew were active on this forum.
- They were caught posting faked stats about how many other players were playing. The evidence against them was undeniable, there is 0% chance that they were telling the truth, yet they never stopped lying about it.
I'm pretty sure they are running hacked casino software, but I haven't looked into it much. (I know for sure they have in the past)
Stick to sites like, just-dice, primedice, bustabit, or the moneypot sites. They are extremely transparent, and have owners that I find to be rational, intelligent and reasonable.

My doge coin withdrawal to a bitcoin address was completed. Mistake on my part which I do fairly often accidentally on many other sites and the withdrawal fails. Here the withdrawal was completed and there is no transaction ID because the withdrawal is not possible! 404k doge lost to these people. I contacted them in hopes they will fix this but until then do not play here! They steal your coins.
