That happend to us because of YOUR SECURITY ISSUES, not happend because of me. Only me knows my password, i scanned my comp, checked my firewall, checked my
extension, there is no way to access my pass.

FJ may have security issues, like you said, do you set 2fa? if you often play here, you should have 2fa

Yes, poloniex the best one, and also don't use instant exchange like shapeshift, this kind of site charges very very high fees, higher than fortunejack.

They offer the lower rate than exchange, and profit from the gap. You should withdraw your doge to poloniex, so you would get normal amount of bitcoin.

My username was changed! Their is nowhere on your site that would even allow me to do it. So if your own costumer service rep. is tell me that the accounts username and password were changed that tells me that your site/security was compromised.

I proceed to start a chat session with a customer service rep. She asked me what my username for the account and I give it to her, she replies with telling me that their system does not recognize it. I then proceed to give her my email address, wallet info and previous transaction I had made. Heard of rounding issue? thats probably the only reason why you are receiving less however if you want a detailed explanation then you should probably got faster respons by sending email or asking through their livechat then posting here. Also thats a very small issue, it is nearly 400 satoshis missing, less than a penny

The question was geared towards other players and not Fortunejack,since it obvious they do not check this thread.
As for live chat they often seem to have a language barrier or unable to give answers to my queries to help direct me in any way.
Again as stated by another member the amount should not be the hang up,but the fact that the total can change day to day.
