When a site like Fortunejack or Betcoin is able to behave unethically without consequence it does damage to the future of unregulated/bitcoin online gaming.  It's the reason the "Bitcoin" is still a mystery to a majority of serious online poker players.  

I'm trying to hold sites accountable for their actions so they behave more ethically in the future.

For example: everyone would of forgotten how FortuneJack promised huge prizes and paid almost nothing for their video contest.  But I wouldn't let it go and made a big deal of it when they ignored the issue.  Next time I think they will be more careful with how they run their next big promotion and not promise "the most generous promotion in the history of Betcoin" if they don't want to pay for it.  Don't you?

But if they were able to get away with it, why wouldn't they do the same thing again in the future?

I am new to bitcoin and sign up for Fortune Jack 2 days ago and made deposit of 60 millibits ( 0.06 of 1 bitcoin )
before i send the bitcoin i read about the sign up bonus very carefully, every word.
i do the deposit and bonus and i see it works perfectly as i know have 120 millibits after sending only 60
i dont play right away but investigate moreso, look at all the games maybe for 20 minutes.  then i am ready to play and i see now, bonus is gone and only 60 millibits in account.
live chat doesnt work so i email support.  then i get impatient and decide to play with the 60 millibits on a slot machine and lose it. 
now i know maybe i will not get the bonus, but still no response and i curious why my bonus disappeared and so i try and chat works.  they tell me to send email...

i remember, i registered for a tournament starting the next day but un register right away and never play it.  i was just experimenting dont know why but it was not in any of the rules not allowed so i didnt think much of it, i would of played poker if i had more time to be fair.  so i explain this in my second email what i found.
then i finally get response:

They show me example is the for the 2 seconds it takes for poker to load it says it will void bonus.

Also,when I was multi tabling I ran into a issue where I close the lobby for that tourney I would get a freeze on all tables for roughly 30 seconds. This happened every time with out fail and when I got to 5 tables it was timing out a lot and then no issue for a bit and then freeze.
Still having issues with leaving poker and having to log back in for dice. It will repeatedly tell me my password is wrong till I close the window and open a new one.

that might happen on the BTC network, but in my case its a CLAM transaction, which should really be processed in jiffy. I've never had issues with CLAMs, with the exception to FJ. But I guess, FJ has some major issue with their withdrawal system, as its not the first time where it takes longer to get the withdrawal processed. all my cases have one in common: when I withdraw profits or the complete bankroll, it takes longer (sometimes 24+ hours).

I guess they are checking the bets? But that would really sched some bad light on FJ, as it would mean, they don't trust their own provably fair system. maybe someone from FJ could illuminate us on the proceedings at FJ. I'm really curious and it would help build up some trust. There are a lot people complaining in the FJ chat about the delays when they withdraw profits, so its not just me.

i have experienced something like this , yeah a delayed transaction to be credited to your account , in my case even it's credited after over 12 hours it's caused a bitcoin network too actually that time while there is a stress test attack made by coinwallet. just don't worry they will solve it soon.

Fortunejack has a limited hot wallet and they have over 200 players playing at the same time so their hot wallet cpuld be depleted sometimes. Waiting for some times wont hurt anyway and once they refill the hot wallet, your withdrawal will be sent immediately or you can always ask support's help if it is urgent

I come across a issue where I finish playing a tourney and want to log back in I need to shut down the server and start back up.
If I do not do that it will tell me password is no good and its a game of security check,password wrong till I just stop.
