hey , today I tried to deposit and then my depo had 3 confirmations but it took so long to have the funds available in my account
just thought that I should inform you , maybe there is a technical issue cause I said it took times even after 3 confirmations

Are you aggressively taking action to prevent players from multi-accounting and punishing those who do?
If you don't prohibit multi-accounting, I suggest you mention somewhere that multi-accounting is permitted.
Simply doing/saying nothing on the issue is just going to hurt the honest players and benefit the cheaters.
Again, doing nothing will cause the most damage to you players who are the most honest.
Do you allow small cashouts to be processed by new accounts without any sort of manual review? For the sake of game integrity, I hope not.
Do you understand why nearly every other poker site reviews cashout requests when the funds are exposed to peer2peer wagering?
You should consider players cheating other players just as seriously as you take players cheating you.

i made a 4.6 million doge withdrawal and it says pending in my account history
4.6 million is a high amount and most of the time according to the response in this thread it seems ig withdrawal will get flagged (or they could be out of doges in their hot wallet )and checked therefore it could take several times before it will be sent. However based on the response here as well, eventhough it takes several times, as long as it is legit then you will receive it

yeah I tried to open it like an hour ago , had the same problem even tried to open dice it didn't fully load but at least the error didn't pop up
