Support probably even did not read my latter.
You asking me about details, how i can have sceenshot or know exactly how many money i had and what stakes exaclty i played. to have this information i have 2 options:
1. use any tracking software ( i do not use it at Fortune Jack )
2. make every hours or 30 min screenshots of my destop or what?
What shoud i answer to support?
i was disconnetcted from the tables and money was not given back to my cashier from closed: cash 3-6 and 5-10 HU cap and 6max cap tables!
