Had an issue with FortuneJack about 2 days ago now.

Was playing normal Blackjack, and I had a Blackjack, the dealer had like 13. Normally this would be an automatic win as the dealer didn't have a Blackjack, when I did.
The dealer rolled an 8 and got 21.

Instead of paying me for having Blackjack, the dealer pulled a 3 card 21, it gave me a draw instead of my 3:2 Blackjack win.

No matter where you play Blackjack, if you have a Blackjack, and the dealer does not, you win, here on FortuneJack, you push. Even if you're playing on the live Blackjack Tables you have a Blackjack and the dealer pulls a 3 card 21, you still win with your Blackjack.

I emailed support, supplying them the Bet ID, and all details of it, and they emailed back asking me for the Bet ID again, even though I supplied it in the first message. I supplied it again and since have heard no word from support again.

I entered the live chat, and inquired about it, she 'looked up my emails' and said she forwarded them so they can get 'looked over', and said that as per there 'support standards' it could take up to 24 hours if not longer. So it seems all I will get is the constant run around from FortuneJack.

I'm bringing it here to the forums to let everyone know, that the system for their normal Blackjack is rigged, or needs to be fixed.

So 20mbtc freeroll 4 times a day now, that looks better than giving away 20mbtc hourly to (I believe most of them) same person.
I suggest to allocated the rest funds of 20mbtc hourly that removed to weekly freeroll tournament with bigger prize.

Let's says 20mbtc x 24hours = 480mbtc
20 mBTC freeroll 4 times a day = 80mbtc
480-80=400mbtc

400mbtc x 7days = 2.8k mbtc
Allocate the rest fund 2.8k mbtc to weekly freeroll.

i think FJ should learn from nitrogen, they have freerolls that force players to play in a ring for specific amount of hands to qualify
like 50 hands for 50 chips freeroll, 100 hands for 100 chips freeroll, etc
this way, you will make more traffic to the rings
but nitrogen still have a free to enter freerolls
nitrogen handled their poker really smart

also, i see no more live support
idk if its good or bad, since the guy whose in charge for live support, andreas, is not so smart

You could always go elsewhere definitely to play however I believe no other sites are as generous as FJ to host so many freerolls in one day. Besides that, people are just making a good suggestion for FJ so that the site wont waste such a huge amount just to attract freerolls but also paying player therefore they should cut the budget for the freerolls and take it to host some GTD tournament

I dont think their poker will die, and yeah they should bring some tournoments up but freerolls like they were was terrible, mostly all were just chasing them and not playing with it, totaly waste of their money thst was, but i think they will get something nice up

Every anti-20 mbtc freeroll post i've seen were pretty clear that the intention was to get FJ to promote the poker room in a different way.  Many included specific suggestions.

I doubt FJ was dumb enough to think anyone just saying "freerolls are stupid, cancel them all!"

More likely, they read the suggestions correctly and still might be planning on spending the funds differently or figured out how stupid the hourly 20mbtc freerolls were on their own.  It was pretty obvious after all. 

i love and enjoy free-rolls a lot!
they help me make my bankroll! - i want to see games i can put my bankroll into, like tournaments and sit-n-gos!

please, be reasonable and make more options for people who love poker to let keep money on site and provide more options to spend money there!

I must be talking to people using alt accounts because it is quite clear that you guys want to kill the 20mbtc freeroll.
The logic that it will some how make more tournaments run is funny. The issue is not the freeroll but what the players do with the winnings after they cash.
You make them clear a rake point or a set amount of hands. Some will try to sit with each other and fold back and forth but they can check for that on a first cashout.
Really only here to bitch about the freerolls being cancelled,could give 2 shits about any other aspect because you guys are creating a vibe where the money paying players are better and the site seems to be listening to that. Its shortsighted but enough sites around to go play elsewhere.

It seems you are bitching hard that you want to keep the freerolls alive. Im pretty sure FJ will make another freerolls however the majority of the post in this thread in right that 20 mbtc per hour isnt helping them to get more players to play the guaranteed tournament but isntead it will only attract more people to join the freerolls nothing more than that

This whole thread has been bitching about how its not smart marketing to offer 20mbtc,so FJ read it the same way I did. No one wants them in this thread or thinks they should run 0.001 prize pools,which is lame for a site trying to promote its self.
The super bad is just cancelling things without communicating whats up!
For that reason I will just watch and see how they do,no need for me to input when I run contrary to the majority here.

I agree the 20 mBTC freerolls are useless, it should be removed permanently. That freerolls bad for customers and casino itself.
Increase gtd tourney number would be more effective way to get active players rather than throw 20mbtc hourly .

I think it's an oversight to think anyone is saying they don't want freerolls.




It's not free money unless you don't consider your time worth anything.

These freerolls offered players the chance to make about (17 cents USD X however many accounts they could handles at once)/per hour

To someone with any sort of bankroll, they are useless.


Run freerolls with tickets to guarantee tournaments as prize.

Think its a oversight to want no freerolls,the real issue is players taking money off the site that could be used on the tables.
If you set something up that gets those accounts playing instead of withdrawing you got something cooking.
Recognize a lot of the freeroll names and they are active on any site I visit.

Eliminating them hurts a site more in the long run because freerolls also give people a place to blow off steam waiting for a table to fill.

There is nothing useless with free money , people should be gratefull about this . Instead of decreasing the minimum player for the guaranteed tournament, fortunejack should make other version of this guaranteed tournament which require smaller buy in which provide smaller prize to encourage more micro player to try it out
