First of all, my English might be far superior to yours. So please refrain from personal attacks.
Also, what is your problem? This is how it is in our casino and it has been like this for more than a year already. We did not take away your money nor we interfered with you while playing games here. On the contrary, we just rewarded you. But you are being picky over the words that we wrote on our promotions page for what reason? You are trying to get fame or just want to denounce us? As I said, the words that we have on our promotions page mean that you get the bonus instantly but you can't play with it before wagering enough.
It is your choice whether you leave our casino or not. We are following our rules as usual.
A week or so later, I received an email asking me to describe what was wrong.
Stupidly I explained the situation again, which was a total waste of time as I never heard back. This was around thanksgiving time...really wasn't looking for much other than an apology, but instead they were total assholes.
I think they just copied terms and conditions from another site, and do not have good English skills to alter the terms & conditions, AFAIK, Fj is a Russian casino, so English is not their mother tongue, that's why they stick with their misleading terms, and ain't willing to change the rules.
