If they are only giving rebate to 3 players a week, that's definitely misleading.
Everything is stated in the promotions page about the loss rebate so it is not misleading. Fortunejack made that banner since it is much more eyecatchy but atleast the term is clear in the promotions page. You cant really blame the site for not double checking the promotions as most promotions always come with some terms

There is no missleading information on this. You are the one that only read the headline but ignore everything else. If there isnt any term of condition for this written anywhere on site then it is misleading advertisements but as you can see in the screenshot provided, it has been stated very clear regarding it
I saw the ad they have today:
If they are only giving rebate to 3 players a week, that's definitely misleading.
Obviously they hope for most to follow this order: see the sign makes you deposit, lose the deposit then you read the terms, realize if you want that rebate you better Re Deposit quick!

Then why do you have a big sign in your lobby that says "WE RETURN 20% OF YOUR LOSSES"?
If you only give a 20% rebate to the 3 biggest losers of the week, the sign should say that.
Its not nice to tell people who play on your site "WE RETURN 20% OF YOUR LOSSES", then when they lose - they find out the "YOU" in the sign was reffering to 3 players only and if you wanted to be one, you have to lose more.
We are sorry that we cannot refund everyone who lose.

If fortunejack refunds you then they will need to refunds everyone that lose as well, that totally doesnt make sense at all. I saw the unlucky jack thing, and at the time thought it was unrelated since it only paid the top 3 losers of the week, while the sign i saw implied that they paid 20% to everyone on a daily basis "hence, ' TODAY ' "
I asked in the chat, and only got a response from two other players who also didn't know how to get the 20% back from "todays losses"
Why doesn't your sign say "Unlucky Jack Promotion, Weekly Losses Refunded for 3 Most Unlucky" or something like that.
