How is it my fault that they have misleading advertisements on their own site?
There is no missleading information on this. You are the one that only read the headline but ignore everything else. If there isnt any term of condition for this written anywhere on site then it is misleading advertisements but as you can see in the screenshot provided, it has been stated very clear regarding it
I saw the ad they have today:
If they are only giving rebate to 3 players a week, that's definitely misleading.
Obviously they hope for most to follow this order: see the sign makes you deposit, lose the deposit then you read the terms, realize if you want that rebate you better Re Deposit quick!
It is how most all casinos attract players to play in their site, there will be always terms and conditions on the promotions. Something like no deposit bonus or deposit bonus that has some requirements, but most of the banners will not tell you the T & C. Players need to be more careful in order to take/claim any promotions, at least read more details about it first.
So I dont think it is misleading, except there is no more details listed on their T&C or promotions page.
I agree that it's very common for casinos to use similar advertising strategies, but that doesn't make if ethical.
their banner says to every player "unlucky TODAY? no worries, well give you a loss rebate"
since they only intend to offer the rebate to 3 players a week, the ad should either be more specific, or have a direct link which takes you directly to the T and c for that specific promotion.
yes, it is too misleading, so everyone thinks they have the 20% loss back chances, but in the end, it is not, it is biased slogan, fj plz modify it, or it could be seemed as a fake promo.
Stop saying it is misleading because it is no. It is his fault for not double checking it . You cant seriously expect a casino to make 20 % rebate loss in every of your lost back to you. The term is written clearly on the promotions page, if only he had read it then he would not said it is a misleading ads
It is clearly misleading, in my opinion.
also, other casinos offer this type of promo to all players regurlarly, so yes, you could expect this one to as well, especially if they advertise as such.
