Yeah because they clearly don't care. A gambling site that makes you wait to gamble. Also, they never respond. I received no email. They will get back to me tomorrow when I have to work. This is very rude. We are fair casino and we assist players in case they have some problems with the transactions. On the other hand players are also required to be at least moderately polite which you certainly are not! You could contact us calmly through the email if something had happened. You sent us email(with the same text) and we answered.

Here is our answer, just 4(!) minutes after you sent that email to our support:

"Hello,

We did not steal anything. Send us more information(transaction ID, Wallet ID or anything of that kind) and we will return everything if you deserve it."

Edit: It seems you have sent money to someone else's wallet and not to our Casino. Send us Transaction ID so we can verify it.

I can get onto the site now but video poker and fortune wheel say can not connect to server after you bring up their individual pages. I can see people playing dice though for sure.

I think it would be better to contact them at [email protected] with all necessary proof. Also explain to them clearly what the issue is. They have always responded to me quickly whenever i have raised an issue with them with adequate proof. I have also been paid a bug bounty 3 times. If you think the issue you are reporting is a bug, then you can contact them on [email protected]. I would think it would be better to email them on both the ids provided, this looks to be a bug to me, but i am not a regular BJ player, so wouldn't know for sure.
