Glad that you were able to get your WD. My only grouse with support is that they are not too communicative. They need to explain the reason for delay imo. If they are under staffed, they really need to ensure they get their staffing right. You are a small whale (IMO, correct me if i am wrong Grin

), big whales like AK and his ilk will just abandon the site if their WD's are not processed on time or if there is no genuine explanation as to the reason for the delay!

I noticed they're always slower in replying when implementing new features (BlackJack in this case?), maybe that was the issue here.

I lost pretty big because of the max bet in dice game. (I increased my bet when I lost, but I found that I couldn't. I was desperate and made some desperate bets to win it back and lost the entire thing. Sad
