I want to warn everyone of the very unpleasent experience that I had with FortuneJack. 6 days ago I deposited bitcoin into my account and took participation in the Daily Slot Booster promotion (750 Freespins Everyday!).
I played Pontoon every day for the rollover requrements and afterwards I played the free spins.
When the promotion period was over (June 27, 2022) I withdrew the amount of 0.0698812 btc to my wallet and very shortly after that I received an email from the FortuneJack support saying that my account was being checked and that the payment was delayed.
Few hours later I received another email from the support in which they informed me that I used illicit methods while playing the promotion, and that they will take my funds and suspend the account. They said all that without preseenting a single piece of evidence for their claims. I didn't use any illicit methods, and I don't even understand what are they saying. I played strictly pontoon, which is on the list of the games that are allowed with the promotion's terms and conditions.
They also add a remark that their decision is final and irreversible without any possibility of appeal. Obviously, I find this to be unacceptable, and l want to make an official
complain. Can anyone help me with an advice how and where to do this?

Like i say, i play promotions, and i played only Ponton Blackjack the last promotions. I dont know if is possible to have some software to play with it, but i played fair the Ponton Blackjack.
Can you give me some proof of your statement? Where did you find out i used any software....this is just crazy.
Of course, since you take allot of my money i will contact my lawyer so he can take actions against your company.

Hello Al_Bu, this casino is known to selective scam their customers especially when big amounts are involved. I myself been a victim of 120,000 dollars worth of crypto theft by them.
