Any of you guys had more luck than me in fortunejack promotion for last weekend?
My results from Majestic7 Matchday28, I did correctly predicted that Mahrez will score for City, Toney for Brentford, and Saka for Arsenal, but that's about it.
I missed other four matches and I didn't win anything this time, moving on to Macthday29 now.

Casinos stick to their Terms of Service better than the police to the law. There are no jokes when it comes to money, and I am not surprised that they are so strict. How much they adhere to the Terms of Service proves their professionalism. It's good that you told us about this situation because I didn't know about that rules myself.

FortuneJack have an active signature campaign now. Occasionally they run a sig campaign in the forum for a few weeks/months and repeat it after every few months. Generally FJ team runs the sig campaign to spread the news about their new special giveaway/promo. FortuneJack is well established casino and bookie. They have pretty good popularity. Recently FortuneJack has started a new giveaway (in games and rounds) for the forum members. They are giving away a some free spins to random users. Seems like you aren't aware of these things.
Ah, thanks for letting me know that they have an ongoing and active campaign signature running! I remember participating way back in 2018 and it was very heart-breaking when I found out that they had to remove majority of its members when they downsized. It is actually good to see that one of the best gambling websites has an active campaign signature.

I do remember that from time-to-time, their campaigns end fairly and relatively quickly. I just hope that they establish again themselves as a long-term campaign signature especially that most of the members know this website easily.
I seen already the FJ runs before a signature campaign and they temporary close and reopen this is recent, they have the rights to cancel or continue their campaign and of course most, if they have new upcoming events or updates, is the best one to release a marketing signature campaign to get more members to play its one of the longest-running I've seen so its already built a good reputation.
That is what the marketing part should be all about, signature campaigns are used in the wrong sense here for some reason. If you are a new place, then you do signature campaigns to get heard, to be known, you do it so that all the people here who can talk about a casino for 100+ pages could end up checking you out, like this place alone has 500+ pages. Which means bitcointalk is a great place to find gamblers and if you are a new place then you should be able to actually get some of them.

However, if you have been here for years, like sometimes as much as a decade in some cases, then you need to do signature campaign because there is something new that you want to say, if it is another "we are still here", that doesn't make sense.

Just a quick question, will it be possible if there will be another campaign signature that FJ will be launching in the near future? Though I do think that when we think of gambling websites to recommend, FJ will always be on the list, why stop the campaign signatures? I do think that it can be profitable enough to add more exposure to the people and traffic on the forum.

Unfortunately, the deposit will probably not be recovered.
As far as I know life, this explanation can be trivial, for example that the e-mails have already been automatically deleted from your inbox or may not have arrived due to a conflict of mail servers.
Anyway, I'm sorry for your loss and thanks for sharing this story with us. It will definitely be useful in order to keep an even better guard of our deposits.

You are right, there is nothing I can do it's now part of Jack's fortune.

Similar situation happened with Betcoin poker because after finding this email, I went through all my emails looking for a dusty BTC treasure. I contacted them and got this reply:

really you don't have any email regarding that? just like you i already have an account that i made but never do any deposit for 6 months
but they send me an email that if i don't deposit my account will be closed and i think they send it a few times before they close my account
No, I didn't receive any email regarding my account closure at the moment. I was receiving messages about the promotion on my email account which was connected with the account. I had received the last promotional message on November 2019. I hadn't received any message about the account closure. But I had found that my account was closed by FortuneJack when I was trying to login to my account on the next year. I know FortuneJack inform users few many times before closing their account now. Maybe the system wasn't same in the past.

No it was not because it's literally the same thing that has happened to me. They don't want to help in any way, and don't respect their own TOS.

Could you please tell me which ToS rules FortuneJack does not follow in your opinion?
Because when it comes to email notification, I doubt that it is their duty.
Unfortunately, but if they have such rules in their Terms of Service (I mean closing account after 6 months of no deposit, or 12 months of no login), you won't be able to do anything about it.

But here is my tip. United to lock City out so even if they score it will not be from someone familiar.

Ronaldo instead was my pick. Yeah dry spell I know but there is no better game to give United another false dawn ha ha!

Yeah that's true, Man United could def lock City out.  So the goal scorer for City could be from outside the box by either Rodri, Gundongan or KDB.  It could even also be John Stones or Laporte via a header.

And choosing Ronaldo is good really, if we really think more about it.  He tends to do well at tough games that are critical for the club.  It could be 0 - 0 til the 80th minute or so and Ronaldo score's a goal at the stoppage time.  Cheesy  Ooops he did it again.

Hope it works out. Mane/Salah worked again but sadly I went for Salah so lost out. I got hits on Pukki and Coutinho, so I could still get a small win if Penaldo, Kanealdo and Saka all score next.

But absolutely, I see a first goal from one of those as you say, outside the box or a scrambling header. Or a penalty (if City can score).

I just came to say I support Sweetlou as I have played with them on another platform. I think fortunejack should refund the dormant account fee as any decent platform would.

Sweetlou, I would take it to scam accusations as there is no reason for a casino to keep the funds once you have came back to claim the account. My understanding is the clause for dormant accounts is only to keep accounting clean.

On the one hand your opinion may be right I've found it in other casinos but not for all sites because every casino has its own rules
all users are deemed to agree when they first create an account so if you find these rules at the casino then show them here for defense
We will defend anyone who is on the right track of course based on evidence not opinion.

My old account was also closed by FortuneJack team without notifying me. However, I didn't had any balance on my account. Though I'm not sure, but I think they don't had the system to inform user about the account closure during then. As a result they hadn't informed you about that. Take it normally by thinking that, you bought and put some Bitcoin in your wallet in the past. Now you remember the wallet address only, but you have lost the private key Cheesy.

I have a story for you guys. Sorry for my broken english*

Few months ago I started gambling on crypto casino, I always been a gambler and came back to it. Tried to make an account on FortuneJack only to realized that my email is taken because I already had an account. I contact support and the agent tell me: Don't worry, just make a new account, which is what I did.

Few days ago I needed a file from my old job interview, and I found an old coinbase email:
On September 06, 2016 you purchased 0.18162522 BTC for $150.00 CAD from Visa credit ********6013. Those funds are now available in your account.

Followed the transaction on BTC explorer to realize that I've deposited all of it on FortuneJack. I don't remember depositing on this site, but I had no clue how BTC worked and probably thought I lost it in the process because I was dumb and knew nothing of crypto.

So I decided to contact them and they reply:

Please, be  informed, that If You do not log in to Your Account for a consecutive period of 12 (twelve) months or if no deposit has been made for a consecutive period of 6 (six) months after registering and opening the Account on the Website, Your Account will be considered a "dormant account" and We may block and terminate such dormant account any time after the lapse of above-mentioned time period. Any monetary funds available on such dormant account may be removed by us without a further obligation to refund. Before removal, We will use reasonable efforts to reach and notify You about the removal of funds via the most current contact details You have provided to us.

And obviously I have all the emails of FortuneJack and their last one is:

fortunejack.com [email protected] via sendgrid.net  ven. 30 sept. 2016 20:08
Hi SweetLou,
Activating your account will grant you access to FortuneJack’s full features...

Nothing about the desactivation of my account, or warning and about the funds. This is not use of reasonable efforts to reach and notify. They did nothing of to help me remember or know about the situation.
Now that I know a lot more about crypto, I followed the transaction and it's still dormant in the wallet which has not been touch since 2016. Why are they doing this to me, this is brutal especially in a time which I would need it the most.

I think the fact that even them will not use this wallet and it will probably be lost in time is what makes me sad. Why are they doing this to me? Sad

That is my story, no happy ending..  Grin

Hey, I was looking to bet on Fortunejack due to the favorable NHL lines. I deposited 6MBTC and went to bet. Once I tried placing the bet @ odds 3.70 they asked me to accept @ odds 3.00 instead, this is a huge difference. I understand that you get your odds from another service provider but unfortunately other bookies have much better odds then the ones Fortunejack is asking me to accept. I contacted chat about reversing my deposit because I most likely going to bet on another site that has better odds.

Unfortunately I was told by chat that I need to at least wager 50% of my deposit to withdrawal. Can anyone get me in contact with someone who can help me with this (I do not want to wager on this big of an odd difference.) ? I would like my deposit reversed and all my bonuses forfeit.

Fortunejack has a representative on this forum (Tornike), so you can try to contact him, but I am afraid there will be not a lot to do about it. It is in their terms that you need to make some wagers before you can withdraw. You are not forced to place bets on odds you don't like, you can always bet on other matches/sports also.

As early as 2018, I have witnessed and seen FJ being active in the forum in their campaign signatures as lots of people participated on it.

^  I've been using FJ for a long time and I'm not really sure if they accept USDT via Tron.

Edit:  Let me check...

Going to have to check my account for the picks I made but I am certain I put Salah in... Always him or Mane for me if Liverpool make it on the list.

Actually i used paxful wallet. And i copy  tron wallet address that appear on my fortunejack account. And ive been doing it for so many times in  sportsbet.io so i was thingking that its also thesame. And it went success ... but i didnt know that what they mean is that the must came from tronwallet itself.. i didnt know it because they dont have any note or disclaimer when you get a wallet address...      so if you deposit tron funds from paxful to tron wallet it will not credited.......

Sorry for my english
