Technically speaking they can recover it since Tron and Ethereum has same private because Tron is derive from Eth blockchain. The main issue was they will risk there hot wallet private just to recover your USDT since they will need to manually import it on Tron supported wallet. Each casino has different set of rules in regards to this matter since they put disclaimer on there deposit. Maybe an admin here will help you tho.

I know not only me but some other also encounter this problem when it comes to deposit using other wallet in fortunejack because there is no reminder or NOTE when using other crypto like tron...so i am asking them to give a consideration about that... unless there's is a NOTE before you get the wallet address that TOKEN DEPOSIT IS NOT ALLOWED IN TRX/TRON..

They dont have any note/reminder or disclaimer when you use other crypto wallet like tron..... unlike in stake.com that you will read a reminder before you use the wallet......

and sad to say that when i speak with the chat support they will answer you directly WE HAVE NOTHING TODO ABOUT THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO ADD THE BALANCE.

Th reason is fine but how if the real owner lose their phone number accidentally? Since there is email verification, 2FA and even KYC verification, there should be a way to change the phone number by proving that the one who request to change the phone number is the real account. Fortunejack has a representative on this forum (Tornike), so you can try to contact him, but I am afraid there will be not a lot to do about it. It is in their terms that you need to make some wagers before you can withdraw. You are not forced to place bets on odds you don't like, you can always bet on other matches/sports also.

I don’t trust those reviews because I prefer to do my own research and learn about a casino, and when one will read this FJ ANN they’ll see that most of the complaints are wrongfully filed, and all legit ones were resolved quickly by FJ. Also FJ are a very transparent casino and they do everything in their power to make their user’s happy, but what I like is they don’t bend their rules to please abusive user’s hence for me FJ is one of the best casino (read their terms before joining when in doubt).
