Majestic7 is back and I placed my predictions for this Matchday 23 hoping it will do better than previous times Smiley
Last time I got only two correct goalscorers, before that I was worse with only one correct and I don't remember seeing anyone recently saying that he won big $10,000 in cash.
Watford vs Norwich is live now and I have Pukki to score, but it's still 0:0  Tongue

Is about security reason.

Because you want to change "Email/Telp" to make sure you are the original person who owns the email/number. What happen, If you email got hacked but there has some security withdrawal with a number and they can process just by using the email.

You can lost the asset, any change about the information should by KYC. Is already basic process, even on some exchange can do that or could be the worst you can't change any email/number.

I think after our conversation seen by Fortune Jack officials they will consider changing this rule. But I understand that it is not so easy as it may seem. Allowing to change phone number can put users of the site at additional risk, so something has to be invented to work as a substitute, to maintain the security on the same level.

Hopefully they will consider it. I have to agree it is not as simple as it says, but I'm sure there is a safe way to change phone number so it wont affect anything related to our account. Proving that we are the real owner of the account is more than enough as a requirement to change the phone number.

Yes, maybe doing a "re-kyc ", as @ryzaadit suggested, is a good option, but maybe they will come up with something more convenient for the users, because, to be honest, doing KYC is not the easiest process, if you ask me.

Again, I have no idea how exactly it should be done, but something has to be done in this regard, and I hope FJ team can come up with the best solution.

They ask confirmation from the email for the withdrawals, why not do just like that for phone change ??

Is it? As long as I remember, I have never received any login notification through phone since I verified my phone number years ago. Or maybe I forget about it since I have lost my phone number long time ago.
You actually receive a message.

I think for the solution who lost their number, for only the people who already make "KYC" and they want to change the number. They only need to do re-kyc with a sign want to change a number and team "FJ" only need to match with the first KYC already been submitted by user.
----

Case for people who don't do "KYC" the only way always make a created process with the same number on simcard provider, due this case is about security reason.

For now, the phone is used to receive login notifications and such, which is also important

I wont say that far, it is about phone number only which is not being used for any payment (at least till now). Even if it will be used to verify withdrawal and players has no access to the number, I'm sure Fortunejack will give an alternative way to verify as long as players can prove the ownership of the account.

I'm also sure they would, but can this issue arise at all? I mean, if you lose your phone, you can get the same number for a new SIM card. I don't know about all countries, but in most places this works for for sure.

Yes it possible to get new sim card with the same number but some time the process is a bit complicated especially if the used number is not registered using our own personal information as it will be impossible to prove the ownership of the number. I just have no idea with the rule that it is not allowed to change phone number during 10 years.

I don't think it's a written rule, I think it's a kind of bug. And unfortunately if they don't fix it, they will certainly lose many customers who will be afraid of losing their accounts and their funds if something goes wrong with their phone number.
For example Bitinity said above that his phone number registered there is not working anymore since several years. Undecided
That's right. Be afraid of the security service. They will use any reason to block you.

Th reason is fine but how if the real owner lose their phone number accidentally? Since there is email verification, 2FA and even KYC verification, there should be a way to change the phone number by proving that the one who request to change the phone number is the real account. It reminds me that my registered phone number in Fortunejack is not active anymore since few years ago, fortunately phone number verification is something that is not being used regularly there is no significant problem related to phone number.
This is the next step to not paying.

Regarding FortuneJack's Wheel of Fortune, yeah, it looks like this one is for high rollers, but it's not like FJ doesn't care about regular gamblers like most of us here. Don't forget about Majestic7 where anyone has a chance of winning $10,000 in cash, regardless of how much they have wagered.

Of course. They're a good site. But if you have to, they have 100 ways to block your money.
If you are a professional gambler, I don't advise you to press your luck.

Unfortunately there will always be some people who end up not caring about what casinos say or what the community says and will try to bash as long as they do not get their money back. Fair or not fair, they lost money and they will end up blaming the casino for it. I have seen a person who contacted a lawyer and wanted to sue a casino for losing money that he couldn't afford to lose, something like payroll or something of his business? I do not know, it wasn't his money and that is what I know.

So, basically he wanted to sue the casino for gambling there and losing, and somehow imagined where that money came from could have changed something. If people are that dense, I am not shocked with anything else.

Why are you trolling against fortuneJack without any solid argument ? In all of your total 10 posts, you have tried to show that this casino is not fair but you haven't provided any evidence or reason of saying so ?

If there has been some misunderstanding, try to tell us , maybe your case would be solved by the fortune jack team management. Simply trolling is helping none.
There is no trolling. This is a good casino. But if you are a successful player. You are not interesting and they have every opportunity to ban you without explanation.
You have to be prepared to lose your money.  You know what I mean?

The only reason for this would be that fortune jack do not want the account to change the hands and nobody would be able to sell or gift his account to anyone else. If anyone sell his fortune jack account, the buyer would never be able to change its phone number or email, thus this discourages account selling.
What else could be the motive behind it  Huh
