I have a question to FJ team. It is said in the Terms & Conditions for this event: "Once the prediction is submitted in the Majestic 7, it cannot be edited or altered in any way". Not knowing about this, I just successfully edited my prediction for the first game, but when I tried to edit another one, I got this alert

This is normal practice for these crooks. When you win the line becomes 1.65-1.65. It is quite likely that they will block your account and take your money.


FJ has a history of being a crook. Dunno why people praise them so much. But they are struggling and will come up with any reasons to void winnings and fix their sportsbook lines. I have long stopped playing with them. There are much better casinos and sportsbook out there that doesn't pull the stunts that FJ does.

First off, I love playing on this site and wish I wasn’t having to comment. But an issue like this will stop me from playing there, but I’m interested to see if anyone else has experienced this. Over the last week I’ve hit a hot streak. Yesterday while playing I noticed that any sports wager, pre game, when I tried to play a wager it would always come back as changed odds and they were always lower odds. When I would reject the new odds and delete the pick from my slip, the odds would automatically change back to the original odds. For example, I wanted a bit at 2.79 odds. I would get a notice the new odds were 2.20. I’d rejected and go back and the odds were still offered at 2.79. Now I know the reason is because I was winner, but am curious to see if anyone else ran into this. Im thinking I might need a new book.

Today I received an email that I need to pass the KYC during 14 days after the request from Fortunejack, otherwise my account will be terminated and all funds will be confiscated. I know Fortunejack is now stricter rules so using some of the bonus codes that you get is closely monitored but all of them have to wait for an answer from support because this problem of course they will answer it.
So far I haven't experienced the same thing as you, but if there is a problem, even the chat support that I contacted directly, the account can still be logged in.
I also faced this issue so just because of this now my account is also suspended, and I am not able to withdraw any amount having contact with support now trying to pass KYC which is going to take time due to some my documents issue, so I am feeling I will lose my funds which I won from some free promotions. Hopefully after having my documents I will try to create new account and first thing is passing KYC because now it's must on many casinos and exchanges otherwise many members facing serious issues.
When you say that maybe you should try to make something real and maybe now you should wait for your account to be reactivated because it is still in the process of being suspended everything will be unusable. on the other hand, when you have problems with KYC, I think you have to make it more real because KYC is now one of the problems you have to solve.

I'm guessing did you follow/claim the recent promotion and win? we know Fortunejack is always like that when a user wins a promotion then KYC will be applied
If indeed you do not claim anything and there is no balance there, then it is not difficult for you to make a choice leave and find another  Cheesy

Yes I did claim the 500 free spins and requesting a withdrawal after that then they asked my to do KYC. It seems that my account is blocked, I have contacted live support as well as send an email because I cant login. If they give me 14 days to complete KYC, they should have not blocked my account until the given 14 days expired. Lets see how it goes, I have nothing to worry obviously. They asked you to do KYC when you requested a withdrawal from the free spins winning in the previous week and you haven't done it. Maybe you got the email today as you haven't replied to them. Previously they blocked my account for being inactive (for not making deposits). They sent me a massage and asked me to contact their support within 14 days to avoid the account suspension. I contacted the support and they said making a deposit is the only solution to avoid the suspension. We have discussed about it here before (click to see).

BTW, I was able to login after receiving the message and they had blocked my account one month later. Maybe the situation is different in your case. And I think passing the KYC verification is the only solution there to regain the access of your account. My new account is KYC verified and I have made deposits too. So, I'm not expecting to see any inconvenience in the future.
