This is why I keep saying that casinos should always be a real business with people in the office working at all times, 7/24, sure you can't make the same person working that much, lol, but you could get 3 people in shifts for support staff, hire 30 people, all 10 working in 8 hours shifts, and you could give them breaks and still be 7-8 people mostly in every day even when people are missing because of unexpected minimum 4-5 will there be even the worst days. That is very expensive but it would work the best.
But still they need to increase some support staff for better service because sometimes it's very hectic, and many members don't like to wait for many days for solution.
